SynthMaster One Win/Mac/iOS updated to v1.3.9 with 2 new IAPs, FREE offer extended until May 1

We recently released a new update for SynthMaster One on all platforms (Win/Mac/iOS): v1.3.9
With this update, there are new features on iOS:
- Added 2 new IAPS:
BigTone Club Construction Set (50 presets for Techno,Tech House,Deep House,Melodic Techno)
NatLife True Trance Sounds Volume 1 (60 presets for Trance,Progressive Trance,Tech Trance)
- Users can now download the SynthMaster One desktop preset banks they purchased from KV331 Audio
The following issues are fixed on Windows&MacOS:
- On MacOS, product images don't load when paths are case sensitive
- When user downloads an expansion bank for the first time, the custom waveforms in the bank are not loaded
- SynthMaster One doesn't refresh product metadata from the server
SynthMaster One VST/AU/AAX is 50% OFF until May 1 and due to popular demand, we are extending our FREE SynthMaster One iOS offer until May 1!

Just so you know, the credit is for or desktop products. Since we're running our Spring Sale, SynthMaster Player is FREE with any purchase on the desktop. + all SynthMaster/SynthMaster Player preset banks are $9. So, if you get a SynthMaster/Player preset bank, you will get the bank + SynthMaster Player for free! (and you can download that bank inside SynthMaster Player iOS)
Do I have to install the desktop version to be able to load any preset banks into my iOS version?

From what I can tell you have to buy preset on their site and download to iOS app? But the new presets are $15 on their site vs $4.99 through the app so even with $9 credit you are paying the same

Yeah, I'd rather just be able to download one free preset since I paid full price for the iPad app a couple of months ago but I can't complain too much since I've gotten some free and nicely discounted apps recently and I still like Synthmaster
Playing with the Big Tone IAP and I like it....not really a construction kit guy, but will certainly make something here in my new confusing Octachron friend...ALSO sends me back to our old friend Earhoof....

You guys have a valid point. So, one SQL statement should fix the issue for you guys:
"update coupon set discount_amount = 15 where coupon_code like 'SM1IOS%'"

I have updated my desktop and IOS (paid) versions of Synthmaster One and my desktop version has 1250 presets as expected. However on IOS after entering my desktop serial number I am not seeing 1250 presets. How do I make that happen? Thanks
Yeah this needs to be addressed. I went to the website and purchased an extension for SynthMaster Player and received the free desktop version of Player with it. I figured if I added it’s serial number to my iOS Player version the extensions on my account would load or show as purchased within the iOS version.
Nope. So just straight answer: to get access within iOS to extensions purchased online do you have to install a desktop version, etc? It’s just weird like “Here take this coupon deal for being such a good customer for us on iOS (I bought One & Player right away after release on iOS and have bought several preset packs), but use the desktop version to actually use the coupon.” Huh?
Either way, you guys make some excellent synths and whether it works or not I really do appreciate the gesture.
No, you do not have to install SynthMaster Player desktop version. you just have to have a license for the desktop version of the preset bank (the desktop version can be installed on iOS as well)

I have played a little with Synthmaster one on my iPad and it works really good with my Linnstrument on MPE mode.
Actually, I would like to delete some of the included presets. Is this possible?
Any guidance as to where the license is located and where I should enter it In the iOS version? I checked the email receipts I got, maybe I missed it...

Go to preset library in the app and click the “online” button and it should update. Worked for me
What if one purchased SynthMaster One iOS before April 1st, but registered the desktop versions long ago? I purchased the iOS version when it went on sale in March, but have had the desktop versions for quite some time.

Click on the coupon code in the email and it should show up when you check out and be for $15. That's what I did

Not working for me. In SynthMaster One I hit the online button in the preset selection section and none of the preset packs purchased online show up. I looked through Player and don’t see an “Online” button anywhere...
It seems to me that both One & Player on iOS should both have the same presets, I.e, whether you bought an expansion online or through the iOS app. I mean to me that would be fair...

They are DIFFERENT apps, so sorry, that won't happen!
Regarding presets not showing up, delete the app, reinstall, tap the preset name, then tap "Download Bonus Presets" or "Download Desktop Presets" menu. (If you tap download bonus presets, entering serial number is not required, and we email it to you if you don't enter it)
I’ve purchased the big tone construction kit and tried the download desktop presets but it says it requires a serial number, where do I find the serial number?
I’m similarly confused as I went for the world instruments but can’t seem to get them into synthmaster one...
Looks like I might of wasted my voucher as I don’t own a desktop version of synth player one. I asked in a previous post if you needed the desktop version and miss read the reply that said you didn’t, that post was talking about SynthMaster player DOH!

That's a SynthMaster/SynthMaster Player bank. You can still download it to SynthMaster Player iOS.
