That's a SynthMaster/SynthMaster Player bank. You can still download it to SynthMaster Player iOS.

Hi, try to register with your desktop email/serial number inside SM Player so that SM Player updates your license info and then you can download the expansion on iOS.

Thanks for your reply. I did just that but still only the Factory presets are available when I select “restore purchases”...

"Restore purchases" restores purchases from AppStore. When you bring up the preset browser in SMPlayer, the desktop banks that you have licenses should be displayed in a different color (I guess it was green)

I believe you only get a serial number when you purchase the desktop version. I downloaded the free version of player for my pc hoping it might have a serial number but a no show unfortunately.

I've received the £9 coupon and what then?

I can't seem to access any kind of user account online and
I cannot use the coupon code via the IAP section in SynthMaster One itself?

Is there something that I'm missing?

I'm iOS only now.

Keep in mind that if you purchase an expansion from our store with the credit, you CAN use that expansion either in

SynthMaster Player iOS (if the expansio is for SynthMaster/(SynthMaster Player)

OR SynthMaster One iOS (if the expansion is for SynthMaster One)

Any expansion you purchase from our store can be used on iOS. But the opposite is not possible due to the price different (5 vs 15). Also, for iOS purchases we can create credit coupons for users who are planning on upgrading to our everything bundle.

@kv331audio_bulent I don't know if this is a know bug or not but it's very easy to crash Synth Master One by changing the LFO's trigger mode between Mono/Poly, especially when It's modulating the Wave Index...

If you keep an eye on the Crash Logs in Xcode (My iPad is set automatically sends diagnostics data to Apple so I don't usually have any left to manually send, sorry!) you should have a few already... (iPad Air 2, iPadOS13.4.1).

I very seldom use SyntMaster One since I always bump into some kind of weird bugs in it but loose my patience trying to nail down the root cause for the problem.... (It could be values out of bounds or the engine not doing 'sanity check' on real-time parameter changes etc. etc.).

I do love the sounds it makes though

PS. I dug a little more and it's the VLFO that crashes. LFO1 & 2 work as expected...
(So for now I'll just avoid using VLFO and switching the trigger mode while stuff is playing).

It would have been nice if it had been explained to me!

So I can purchase an expansion pack from your website without having to own synthmaster one/player and load said expansion into my ipad?

I used my code to get a SynthMaster One preset pack but couldn’t download it onto my iPad, I think it’s because you need the desktop version to get the serial number. I think with all the different answers on here it all got a bit confusing

I haven't been able to use mine at all.

I think when KVR sends out the coupons it should be made clear
whether they are useable via iOS or are for desktop users only.

I'm going to wait until the online store is much
clearer until I start making any purchases
though the synth has some really great sounds.

They are DIFFERENT apps, so sorry, that won't happen!

Regarding presets not showing up, delete the app, reinstall, tap the preset name, then tap "Download Bonus Presets" or "Download Desktop Presets" menu. (If you tap download bonus presets, entering serial number is not required, and we email it to you if you don't enter it)

It was this post that confused me, it appears to show that you can install purchased presets packs into SynthMaster One without owning the desktop version
