    Is it possible to suppress the sound of the movement of the brushes on the drum membrane that precede the actual hit? They are triggered too often for my taste.

    I don't have SD yet but maybe the light and dark grey square marks are what I'm looking for? I guess the red one are hits.

    Yeah in his other apps the different colors correspond to the velocity of the hit. Gray is softer, white is harder, and red (in hiphop drummer) adds an open hihat.
