drambo
final offer
Mozaic and more importantly the 5 apps I made with it.
My personal game changer was digging out my old ipad mini 1, recording a bit of guitar with garageband and then falling down the rabbit hole.
At the moment I'm using my little Behringer mixer
for my iPad Pro until the Zoom U-44 returns.
Still, it's the same thing.
The iPad Pro outputs into the iPad Air 3 which is using the Komplete Audio 6.
I monitor the iPad Pro via AUM or whatever host I'm using
as the Komplete doesn't have direct monitoring except via headphones.
I have to adjust the playback latency of the iPad Air 3
by about 10ms to 48 ms dependant upon buffer settings
whilst leaving the input monitoring channel alone.
Putting together things I already owned: MPC Element and iMPC Pro 2. For the foreseeable future, the end of my restless search through iOS for a workflow that flows.
Drambo will host app? Really? Wow
are you happy with this audio interface ?
Thought Mozaic released 2019
Yep.. ‘Export to Ableton live set’ will be the call for iOS developers .. midi too, please..
I have bought A LOT of apps this year after getting a 2018 pro back in February, I love a lot of them –Saturn, Gauss, and Aparillo especially– but the one that has brought the most happiness is Endlesss.
I have a good friend who I use to stay up all night and make to make tracks on fruityloops with. I don't see so often (I am on the continent, him in the UK), but through lockdown and still now we are having weekly online jam sessions. It's been one of the nicest things in the misery that has been 2020.
This is a silly riff we made the other night

Actually only switched over to iPad music making from desktop so it's all new to me on iPad.

This thread came up in the search for ESP32, probably in an irrelevant way, but…
Look at this video – it’s not up on their github repo yet (but look at the other ones that are, interesting):
Can’t wait. I don’t have an ESP32 yet, should get one, but I’ve got a bunch of leftover ESP8266 units hanging around from IMU experiments years ago (which is why I don’t have an ESP32 yet), but I think I should order one

A bit on the topic...
This is how awesome the YM2612 can sound when programmed a bit beyond the basic 'set the envelope'.

(No samples used, just FM Magic).
Sensel Morph (and MPE)
after 20 years of dull stiff midi controllers, this is smth else.
amazing device.
MPC One and then I sold it and switched full time to iOS
All is possible now and our devices are becoming more and more powerful and the software becomes more and more complete. I am very happy to create on an iPad.
Holon.ist with Movesense and Musikraken. I can create music without a keyboard and they open doors to creative performances and dance. Plus they can both be used by anybody with disabilities.
