I don’t use FM player, so I’m not sure there. I did try Cubasis 3’s internal keyboard, and the velocity is responding appropriately for me with that keyboard. I have also used velocity keyboard by blue mangoo with success.

One thing to remember is that velocity only affects the attack dynamics of the note. The majority of the dynamics in these instruments comes from “expression”, which has to be mapped to a parameter before it will respond.

That's exactly what I am searching for..but to my knowledge there is so far no DAW/AUv3 host app to support this. I guess that's relatively easy to implement but the app needs to first send all this info out (as midi mpe or somehow differently). Thanks for the info.
