  • Have been pausing my usage of the great Atom 2 for a long time, but yesterday I revisit it thru yet another great app, Drambo…

A small question concering Atom 2: can Atom 2 follow playhead in an midi-file (scrolling), just the way DAW:s have been doing for ages…

  • Yes it does that @ErrkaPetti

Ok, thanks for letting me know, but, I still can’t be finding this option?
Where is it in the UI?

Oh, u mean can you drag the playhead manually? Not sure, haven't tried that.

No, I wants Atom 2 to scroll the midi windows so I can see what’s playing visually in a long midi song…
As it now, it just start playing and after like 30 bars (outzoomed) the playhead disappears…

In Logic Pro on my Mac the playhead goes to the middle of the track and then scrolling the track and holds the playhead still in the middle…

Can this be done in Atom 2?

Weirdly - Atom2 does not auto scroll like that. Maybe @tk32 or some other power user knows whether there is something you can change in settings to enable that - and if so, enlighten us!
