I made some black bean burgers for the first time recently, not bad for a first try. Still some a bit crumbly and needing more spice but ay, a half days work fed me for a few days.

The Audiobus forum is a classic example of organic, grassroots human interaction and free information exchange. It began as a forum devoted to an app; an app that brought all the disparate music creation apps on iOS to function together. Perhaps it was a natural then that it’s forum would bring together everyone in the community. This is without question the de facto forum for iOS music production.
People posting their recordings serves the greater good and the kind of rampant self promotion @Burner speaks of just doesn’t exist. I get his point but at least from where I sit I don’t see it. Doesn’t mean @Burner can’t voice his opinion or be goofed on for it. Just my $0.02…
I usually don’t try to share my music here so much, but I hope to have some better new and improved studio pics on the way
If somebody does have questions about my creative process just ask…. It’s no bother to me at all.
I don’t mind music posts of others at all either…some of you (I haven’t heard everyone yet) are really great musicians
I personally come here only for the drama... Got all the apps I need long time ago, seen more than enough videos...
I have nothing against the suggestion here but my advice is to adjust your own filter according to your needs. 99% of the time I can tell from the title who is the pos(t)er and move on. ‘Ignore’ or an additional category won’t help IMO.

Missed this whole fight overnight, and can’t see what was said, but hey - what’s life without drama?
Fwiw I am very grateful that this forum does have a ‘Creations’ spot, because without that my SoundCloud noodlings would have just about zero listens worldwide.
And having a ‘destination’, this Forum, to post to, and even to hear some kind words about my pianist in boxing gloves approach makes it actually worth while for me, someone not notably gifted in this area but enjoying it anyway, to make anything at all. (Even if my last two slipped pretty much under the radar, sniff sob, despite a couple of very nice people who did bother to notice.
Can’t complain though because I too don’t always do justice to others work here…)
I am also genuinely proud of what members of this Forum pulled off with the recent Vampyr soundtrack (haven’t forgot putting out the album, btw, been a bit busy with other ahem ‘creative’ stuff in a field other than music recently), and that wouldn’t have happened without there being a Creations thread in the first place.
Finally, I am personally always interested to see one of Gav’s tutorials, or Jakob’s things, or The Soundtest Room, or stuff by other YouTubers who post here, have bought apps after watching all of these smart and entertaining people.
Long may such ‘self promotion’ continue!

Yeah lol - pretty sure this may have been an alternative account of an existing user who wanted to use it to speak his mind without getting flak directed at his main forum persona. Who knows, who really cares, but was fun while it lasted, in a strange way
Anyway, having racked up so many views and comments in its short time, this person clearly knows a trick or two about marketing and promotion 😉
Ironic, too, coming from the same user stirring the pot in the Haq/Note thread, who once wrote:
