    I wouldn’t say it’s even close to worthless. Really really great and powerful app. AU hosts can’t work within AUM. Can’t have a host within a host.

    Yes not worthless, has much potential. I'm spoiled by AUM tho. 😏

    Gotcha, just wanted to make sure since you mentioned it wasn’t compatible with AUs. It just only works as a host.

    Agreed. Koala is my favorite app and will probably never be dethroned but Dawnbeat is still fantastic.

    I re-downloaded it to give it a chance. Trying to fetch audio files from probelmatic AudioShare completely crashes the app! Files doesn't do this, it works OK. Too bad! Most of my audio files are in AudioShare!

    Yep - Duplicated here. Has anyone reported the issue? A lot of people use Audioshare, so this is a significant bug.

    Use Files and grab from AudioShare’s directory. If you don’t see AudioShare’s directory in Files, you can expose it as n Files.

    @EdZAB @day_empire i tried to replicate but Audioshare is grayed out for me within the app so I can’t even try. I don’t use Audioshare much anymore but unfortunately I can’t try to replicate.

    The files in AudioShare were. I was doing it wrong. You have to select a directory.

    Not a huge deal as I mostly use SampleCrate to pull from the files app anyway.

    Yep, understood. The import from folder won’t work with audioshare as you’re just choosing a folder to browse and audioshare doesn’t support that.

    Under the hamburger menu there is an ‘import audio from files’ option. Have you tried that one? You should be able to navigate to the audioshare folder and grab files with it.

    Yeah I realized after typing that “wait Audioshare can’t even do that anyway” lol

    Importing from files does work! And i have my entire samples folder in the folder section, so not the end of the world. I just like Audioshare for certain things but Dawnbeat is still totally usable without it (for me anyway).
