  • Thanks Zymos! Searching did not return the listing, the link on Arturia's product page brought up the blank App Store page (incorrect link possibly??)... only your link provided a Buy button I could click on. Downloading now...

    Thanks again.

  • Yay!
Guess Arturia was not quite ready?

  • A preset presentation in our not so distant future perhaps? I would like to see more of what it produces .

  • Yes, I'm looking forward to some demos as well. The ones on Arturia's site didn't wow me. Not trying to poo poo the app.

  • The demo did sound promising but I would just like to hear more of it in use.

  • The synth gfx looks great but the sound demos are awful, maybe are awful for some reason

  • Does this release mean that the Summer Of Awesomeness has ended?

  • It might take until Christmas, but I won't call the SOA over until I see ifretless Brass.

Besides the brass app, Flux:FX (and hopefully the new WeJaam), I know of at least one other very epic app up for release this fall/winter.... * tihihi * * tease *

Maaate, more info. You know you want to tell. C'mon!

  • Mabe I'm getting old but where is the arpeggiator ? Don't see it on any of the screen shots.

  • A great drum app Chris??? Please say yes.

Oh I want to tell. But my orders are "Top Secret". From the latest beta testing tho I'd say it looks more like a fall release then a winter release (it's in "release candidate" status). But who knows..

  • @ChrisG Without saying who it's from, and without saying specifically what it is, can't you give a hint? For example which category (Drums, Guitar, Keys, Vocals, Effects, etc)? :-)

DON'T MAKE ME TURN THIS CAR AROUND JUNIOR.....

Haha :) I really can't say anything at all until they let me. Gotta keep ma promises. I do really hope it is close though, so everyone else that an app like this would appeal to, in even the slightest, can get their paws on it. And loose a new nights sleep here and there...creating...stuff...(I know I have).

  • I hope for an October release after the delay im desperate, pleaseee. :p

  • iPad 3 shows a a couple of seconds delay between selecting a sound and the ability to start playing. However it does sound nice. iOS 7.1.

Be Careful Mr Bond, they may be watching

  • The first rule of beta testing is...

you don't talk about beta testing!

    :)

UVI Beathawk?? Damn I hope so :)

  • It's the return of...........Mosaik!

Lol. I should say I didn't mean to try and hype anything here, I was only saying there are more fun stuff in store for iOS musicians this year. Besides the things we all know of so far I can at least personally vouch for yet another quality app (aka not a dog choir or a fart piano app). I'm sure there will be more "surprise" releases besides this particular app I'm testing before the year is over as well. :)

No, but I read somewhere it was on track for this year? Unless I'm becoming senile. Again. I'm also dying to check that out, looked pretty neat from that Namm show demo.

Btw, didn't someone else on this forum beta test it? Perhaps that person (again can't remember the name) can chime in on the status of that app.

  • I'll come clean, its a new app I've been working on called DougSynth, its a kinda sampler that will have some amazing sounds like, erm, hello everybody, eh eh eh, watch me perm like, and hey baz gaz tez, and wheres me shell suit hey, go ed, gis a job like erm

  • /me gets all indignant about the dissing of the fart piano app sector.

  • There's a "werk" preset in there with different articulations. It really is amazing, and weerrks with audiobos and IAA obviously.

  • +1 for DougSynth!

  • I like iProphet more than I thought I would, but I'm encountering some weirdness and I'm not sure yet if its bugs or just the way it's supposed to work.
