I’m iOS only so I hope it’ll make its way to the iPad sooner rather than later. It looks insane though and I’ve been a fan of all their apps so far. Don’t like the tiny text on the iOS ports though.

I don’t see much of that in my feed unless I search for it. Doug, Gav, and a couple others but they’re never really selling me much of anything. There’s tons of amazing and interesting channels on YouTube both musically and otherwise. I’d actually chose it over any streaming service simple because there are so many creators making big quality content. Imo, it’s better now than it’s been in a long time.
Agreed. I think the amount of amazing content on YouTube is better now than it has been in many years. Since the mid 2010s probably.
Andrew is amazing. But he try too hard to make money. He was REALLY interesting but he his now the Sanjay C. of YouTube, a polite guy who try too hard to sell things and looks fake.
I also like money, I can understand.

Like I said, I'm not saying his is not great, I really like him, he his a talented musician, no doubt. But more and more and more YouTube videos are ads. It's like watching a really good movie with ads each 5 min.
But, like I said, nobody works for free, it's the game. I just have a feeling that some people are trying too hard to sell things and when you see their cards, it's annoying.
Maybe I should do more music and less Internet.

Still much more interesting and unique app than his first iOS entry (FlipSampler) which brought to ios really nothing what wouldn’t be available in other apps just much better and more advanced 🤣

No, I get it. It can be hard to tell what’s genuine or not sometimes and it does suck when you just feel like you’re only being sold to. I still enjoy Andrews vids and think he’s great overall, but he can fall into it occasionally and some other YouTubers are veeeery bad about it.

I'm a shameless fanboy towards certain products and developers but Baby Audio is not one of them, it never clicked with me. But I do believe that their products are top notch with modern carefully crafted visual identity. Anyone can learn from their marketing business and get inspired. Also we have a great time on the forum after every BA announcement, I appreciate this more than anything. 😅
Are anti-influencer influencers the next fad? If he is offended by other YouTube product videos, why is he making his own? Nah, I'm not buying his gimmick, he's just got a different approach to getting people to watch, that's all. Populism has been a big seller over the last decade, and he's working it.
Nobody is as easily influenced as YouTube critics suppose. I watch and listen and decide for myself. Nobody ever thought these YouTubers were making videos for the pure love of it. I don't need to be preached to about the evils of YouTube advertising by yet another YouTuber.
There's nothing in Andrew Huang's video that isn't true. He collaborated on the Transit plugin, he has the right to sell it. It sounds and works in person, no surprise, exactly like it does in his video. Buy it if it seems useful or fun to you, don't buy it if it's not.
