‘Fairly satisfactory’ lol? Well, at least you can call them, eh, instead of dealing with the bot service that you have to battle through to get to a human with some companies these days 😂
You ever solve this? Ever try Riverside.FM?
Didn't solve it. I think I remember capcut maybe has this now? Forget whether it was mentioned in this thread. Is riverside fm good? This is just not a feature I need enough to be willing to pay any kind of subscription for tbh, certainly not at the prices these companies Riverside or Descript are charging.
Actually, seems that tho capcut does word removal to some extent in the free version, you need the subscription to automatically remove ums and ahs
@Gavinski Not sure if I've misunderstood what you need here, but if it's just for transcribing audio recordings, I've used https://transkriptor.com/ for a project which involved transcribing 60+ podcasts for a client. It does a really good job (with the occasional hiccup) of producing high quality transcriptions, and is able to detect multiple speakers, remove most ums and ahs etc.
I think it costs $25 for a month's subscription, and I was able to create transcripts for all 60 episodes within the allocated minutes for a single month, and when I cancelled the sub, my remaining minutes were still available. I think I even got a discount because I signed up and then they sent me a new subscriber offer.
But again this is audio only, so if you need an in-app captioning system for video (I haven't read the whole thread), this isn't what you want.
Thnx, no this is not what I looking for, it's all explained up thread. Thnx anyway 👍
@Gavinski it seems riverside app is free. No need for a description. I don’t know if it has what you need in the app though
Free but they watermark your stuff, among other limitations. Thnx tho!
