Fantastic .. love it ... Paul is genius. Incredible how hard he is working, what enormous number of amazing apps he already made. Incredible.
Another Paul’s gem! Instafreakingbuy! 🤩
I have to admit I wasn’t into 4pockets GUI at first but I thought his apps were awesome and often unique ; now I feel like he’s so underrated , I mean we mention him often but iOS is a better world thanks to Paul 4pockets, he has very unique apps and how he does it all on his own is incredible
Same here… his GUIs have not stopped me buying a good number of his apps though, and this new one sounds great to me.
I’ve not bought many granular apps even though I like them, but this ones won me over with just a very quick skim through the video. The Waveglide aspect really gets my interest.
wow looks cool. hoping it releases this week, 🤞
+1 his apps are always filled to the brim with features, very well thought through. and as well as general synths and fx, he manages to build something like Audioscope! he really understands the iOS music ecosystem and has an app for every nook and cranny of it.
i love Copperhead and look forward to playing with Wavecloud.
big up Paul!
Next week I’ve heard
Oh nice! I’m a big fan of granular synthesis so will almost definitely be picking this up. Crazy how Paul not only makes all these apps but also updates the others and makes master class tutorials on all of them.
When is going to be released ?
Don’t think there’s been an official announcement or ETA other than @Jumpercollins saying next week.
I know in the past once Paul posts his preview vid, it’s generally never more than a couple weeks away from release (assuming there are no showstopping bugs of course).
Thanks @HotStrange !!!!
This looks great. Orbit and waveguide look like nice additions to the granular world.
Doug's pre-release preview:
Omg! Now I gotta buy stuff again….smh GAS
This looks like a very nice granular.
I was really trying not to buy any new apps this year but this seems great. If it’s on intro sale I’ll grab it. If not, I’ll probably wait until after the 1st of the year. Holiday time so money is skint.
Looks fabulous. Takes Salome and Samplewiz 2 up to another level.
I probably shouldn't buy it given what I already have, but I will.
Lots to play with. Don’t know how he does it.
I wonder how much it’ll be
Paul's apps are reasonably priced. Wonder if it will ever go on sale...? LOL
I doubt it. Paul isn’t known for doing sales 🤑
Releasing at 12PM GMT!!
Thanks! Have you tested it Nino? Curious your thoughts compared to other granular synths (if you’ve used it).
Unfortunately, I wasn’t given access to it so I’m anticipating to see what this one has in store. Doug’s demo sounded great
I agree it does seem like it sounds great. I’m not entirely sold because I have so many granular synths but it does seem to have a couple of more unique features.
It’s out!!!

Even if you don’t love the UI, once you learned I e you’ve pretty much learned them all. They’re consistent across the beard.
hows it on CPU?
thats quite important on granulars...
thnx
Stupidly my first of couple thoughts were...I've got a few granular synths and it's a tiny bit expensive for me. But then I watched Paul's intro video and yep - instabuy...👍
Custom knobs!
Great touch!
I’m gonna love diving into the sea of grains with this app!
Thanks @Jumpercollins @thesoundtestroom
Well done to Paul!
