Lumafusion on sale at $9.99. Not sure about the iaps, doesn’t look like it at the moment but maybe they haven’t been updated yet?

    https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/lumafusion/id1062022008

Do I need to buy those Monthly/Yearly IAPs to work?

No, none of the IAPs are needed to use the app. The key framing iap may be worth buying - that's a one off purchase - but you don't need it. I used the basic version of the app for the last few years. When the key framing / speed ramping iap came out, I got it, but you could easily pass on it and still do a lot with the base app you'll get for 9.99. Lumafusion is a great experience on the touch screen, I reckon. Much better experience for non-pro users (like me) than DaVinci Resolve, say.

I was using iMovie for some simple videos, but everyone here talks about Lumafusion as THE video app for iOS. So I will think about and buy this one maybe. Thanks a lot, Gavinsky!

No problem! I used to use iMovie. I'm glad I switched to Luma. Simple to learn the basics, but much more powerful than iMovie.

Do these app ever go on sale??
Super curious on the filter and delay

Ok. I’ve heard the stories before about bundles, and I’m gonna be honest, I just straight up do not believe this is because I purchased at a discount. I own everything else and from his own description of building the bundles they exist so I can receive a discount on his new app. What is actually wrong with bundling?!

If you like the sound of any Nord synth at all, and I mean all the way to the glassy oscillators of Modular G1, don't sleep on Discovery. There's nothing like it on iOS.

Yea I’ve been eyeing it up since release. I’m bound to cave soon.

I’ve been using AudioKit’s version and I love it. I also read that Discovery had a bunch of issues… but I’m still curious. Is it stable? Proper preset system? CC learn fixed?

  • These apps are still not in available in Canada for some reason. I let the developer know months ago. Does Hainbach live in Canada?? 😉

I wonder if you can VPN to another country and get them?

Hi. That generally does not work due to one's Apple ID and payment type being linked to one country. Strange that the apps would be blocked in Canada though.
