When you open it, you have to download the content, which is 1.8GB.

1.99 gigs total... Not that I folded and bought it this morning or anything (and it IS what I was hoping for, after messing with it for about 20min. Here's to hoping they approve my refund for Mini Orchestra. That was a major disappointment. This unexpectedly fills that gap, perfectly)

I plan to pick this up and got mini orchestra too. I wouldn’t say it’s a major disappointment though, and I think it still probably has a place in the lineup.
I think I’m done getting app refunds though and caution to anyone who expects these. Apple has clearly decided to stop offering refunds to me (presumably for hitting some arbitrary limit). And have confirmed over the phone that there is no expectation that apps will even be fully functioning. They have no policy stated regarding what qualifies for a refund.
