If your into randomizations that are logical, this is a great implementation. You can randomize everything all over every way and why. You should get solderbox, that shit with koala would be a nice lil habit

Nope - not in EU. Is there really no way of seeing this as it has become very common?

(I know Poppa, it's a stupid question but I need to ask)

Dang another one, this problem has become more common. I really don’t know. It’s in the US App Store is all I know. you can possibly sign into another country App Store maybe a geo-spoofing vpn, or some type of jail-break, but that’s above my pay grade, lol.

@reasOne MidiStep is fun stuff. You can accomplish similar tasks in StepBud, but MidiStep gives an unprecedented control for a nominal upgrade. You're talented bro, you will get along well with it.

Yea that’s one I’ve been interested in getting, Midistep, FAC Punchlab, & Solderbox are high on my list atm. I’m so packed full of apps and need to catch up.

One of the FX Modules from Transit 2 - pitch shift and time stretch

I have no idea how I can use it yet, but it is a very good effect so far.

Me with about 100 different apps at this point..

    Same. LOL.

I ran a sequence from Fugue on a somewhat simple Lagrange patch and messed around for a bit. You get all kinds or speed and pitch variations playing along with the original audio, depending on mix knob setting. Only tried a synth sound so far but I could see it being really cool on speech, vocals, guitar, ambient/drones, background noise, etc…

  • All Ryo Togawa Apps are on sale!

  • Just noticed Moebius Lab is currently not on the App Store.

    Neither are Aphelian and Oscilab.

I've read quite a few comments here on the forum praising MidiStep. Must be something to it...

Just watched the vids on it and it send legit def worth a tenner! I’m obsessed with scaler 2 since you can create different strumming/arps/sequences per step really fast, but this one looks awesome for more simple yet still complicated patterns! Thanks bro!!

  • Worth noting that MidiStep is universal and Scaler 2 is iPad only -- not the mention the HUGE difference in app size.

Def worth a mention. Personally i can’t make music on my iPhone really its too small lol koala and creating synth presets is about all i do there. And i have the 15 pro max! I just struggle to much personally to work on a phone

Right. Seems like Aphelian and Oscilab come and go. This happened in 2021, and again this November.

And it looks like several of the Amazing Noises apps are missing, including Moebius Lab.

You can see the prices for the various app stores by simply changing the country code after the .com in the address.

    Like this:
    https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sf-icon-studio/id6736883553
    https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/sf-icon-studio/id6736883553
    https://apps.apple.com/it/app/sf-icon-studio/id6736883553

I'm not suggesting to check every time before posting a sale if there is some place on earth that isn't getting the discount, I just thought it would be interesting to know for those who didn't know.
If the app is not available in that country's store, usually you will get no sensible error message, just an infinite loading screen.

And thank you for all the work you put into this thread, it is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Hippo . Could you be a bit more specific on how to do this? When I try those URLs on iPad (iCabMobile, Safari, Chrome), I'm always taken to the US app store, showing the US price. When I try it on PC (Win 10, Firefox), all I get is "Connecting". How are you able to view prices in the different countries?

Ah. I think I see. You need a browser that does not automatically switch to the AppStore, then you see the web page for the Mac app, if it exists.

I usually use Firefox on Windows 10 or on android.
It doesn’t seem to work on iPadOS. I was convinced that I was using it also on my iPad, but clicking on the link will take me directly to the App Store app, and I see no way to change the behavior.
The browser on the iPad will sometimes ask if it should open an App Store link in the app, but the only options are the app or not opening the link at all.

But on Windows and Android, when the link opens in a browser, I get the “connecting” page only for apps that are not available in the selected country. If the app is available in the country of the country code you entered, it should show you the store page for Mac, iPad or iPhone apps, with the price in that country, in that country’s currency.
