  • The next app to buy.

  • any linear EQ types in here?

  • I'm going to buy it anyway since I'm a ToneBoosters fan, but EQ matching would've sold me had I been on the fence.

  • On an ipad 9 screen.

The pic. Although a good graphic.

Also a good size for a tablet.

Not quite an ipad mini but not an iphone.

  • Bought. Dude it’s Toneboosters!

  • When is AI just gonna make all my shit sound good?? Surely that can’t be too far away.

(Psst, AI Mastering Assistant in Logic Pro.  )

  • Wonder how long the intro price is? Had to pay rent so out of funds…maybe next weekend if anything happens for Bandcamp Friday!

It's fantastic. Me, I've been using Grand Finale 2 for mastering lately, but if I can't be faffed to master my own stuff, I just run the unmastered tracks through LP4i and call it a day. ;)

This is the full price of the app. Unless I’m mistaken there is no “intro price”. Toneboosters don’t usually work with intro prices or discounts. They just set a price which they think is fair (and is quite a bit lower than their most obvious competition) and leave it at that.

It always amazes me how affordable TB's prices are. Top quality, low price. They definitely don't need an intro price.

  • Note: There is also the ‘TB Equalizer Bundle” on offer as well!! The bundle is the best way to get Pro at the best price!

    ☝️

Is this true, I guess it is as the price doesn’t change. I have the original TB EQ and for me the bundle price doesn’t improve the purchase price of the pro version.

I’m not complaining, I’m just clarifying the statement because I believe this could be a little misleading.

Eh, knocks off a few pennies, but still, what a cheap price!

  • What the difference between EQ and Eq pro?

One thing I took notice of is EQ Pro can do spectrum matching, whereas I don't think the regular EQ can do that. EQ Pro also has a shitload of filter types to choose from so it appears.

  • Jim, I’m gonna ask you on the side so I don’t embarrass myself further lmao

Sounds good mate. :) Ask away anything you wish to know. There are no such things as "dumb questions".

  • I'm gonna get this regardless and figure it out for myself but it looks like this will do Soothe-style sidechained dynamic EQ, yes?

  • So pumped to see this.

Indeed. EQ Pro is loaded with all kinds of useful presets. I think it'll replace a number of other tools in my toolkit.

Excellent! I know it'll come in handy for me for mastering purposes.

Lol nope. The only dumb person is the person who doesn't ask questions, and the only dumb question is the one never asked. (Yep, I'm a bit stoned right now, and I'm in the "philosophical" portion of my high. 🤣 )

  • I want some ai eq! I work Hard enough to finish a song now i want an eq on the master than just knows what to do

  • I’ll take the desktop demo for a spin first…

The ‘EQ Assist’ feature seems to be missing in the ‘Pro’ version, it was a handy indication what potentially needed correction!?

But what really is needed is something Oek’s Soothe 2…

  • I’m trying to find out if the Pro version has AI assist. Even though TB Equalizer has it, it is not listed as having it on the comparison chart.

Bought it through the bundle offer mainly to support the developer. It does not have AI Assist strangely enough. I suspect an enhanced newer AI function is cooking and will be added later…

I also have TB EQ and for me the price of the bundle is 5€ more expensive than TB EQ Pro alone
