However, if the question were asked, if I regretted the sale, as if I hadn’t sold it, the likelihood was, the incident, death or subscription and tracking - pretty much the same thing - wouldn’t have occurred. I would say yes and wouldn’t stay silent. I’d probably send flowers too.
Of course, without more due diligence, how could the sellers’ know the future behaviour of the buyer. And I accept, even with more due diligence it would still be difficult.

The Ignore mod thing is new, Yellow Eyes can be ignored, unless they’ve been downgraded, and I’ve definitely ignored TSTR historically but they’ve now acquired ‘elite’ broadcast status too.

So does any know why there are locks on the apps in auv3?
Is it ethical that thesoundtestroom account, where 99% is shilling his videos, can't be ignored (moderator 'elite' broadcast status), when other accounts can be? Perhaps a 'Doug Mod', account would be more appropriate, in addition to a non-mod TSTR, less biased and fairer to his competitors?
It must be a side effect of having to give us full admin rights in order to manually approve new forum members. Formerly that was automatic, but the spammers got too good at getting around the automatic checks.
Perhaps we can find a way around that problem. We’ll see.

Simon was right with what he said from a legal standpoint. Once someone sells something, they are not responsible for what the new owner does with it. Period. I’m not happy with what the new developers are doing, don’t get me wrong…but that doesn’t change that fact .
I updated the apps and run them in standalone first so they did some kind of activations and seem to work well now, i hope… i even recovered the lost retro piano presets
D1 showed an error or something but in the end seems to be fully activated with its expansions

Both VHS and retro piano are locked/limited in auv3 mode here.
I thought IAA might work but it’s not there (if it ever was).
Hopefully this is just teething issues with the new owners … I’m not ready to abandon them just yet.

I wish I didn’t update these apps. Pity.
Most of them they should pretty much be restored to original state by now if you already owned them. I haven't checked back recently, but they were headed in that direction.
On the other hand, even if you didn't update them, they would still be waiting in your App Store updates just waiting for you to accidentally do so.
It just bad when you used the apps heavily and saved presets or used them on certain projects and the info is gone when opening projects. I thought the midi would remember it when opening a new channel with app but that doesn’t work either.
That shouldn't be. Which plugins? Are you saying this is recently changed? I don't think they changed anything that should have affected that.

Maybe you could provide more details for someone to try to check it out. (Not me, unfortunately, because I've removed the plugins, but maybe some more helpful soul. 😉)
You have to load new plugins since the old ones don’t work no more. All the info is lost on which presets I used and all the ones I saved are gone. You have load them as new instruments and when you copy the pattern down I thought the preset info would follow but it’s. It the case.

Found multiple audiokit apps' now have "locks" on all the presets in AUM -bleh
The apps don't show up for MIDI routing -only "playable" with the internal "toy keyboard"
Folk are saying they wish they didn't update (still have the old audiokit versions) -not sure if I should as at least in standalone my own presets are still there.
Is there reasonable warrant for not updating?
Opening the standalone a message appeared asking permission to "track your activity" bleh...
Sucks; had some plans for some of those presets. You snooze you lose I guess.
I did "repurchase" King of VHS replacement by the original dev.

Why? All of them seem to have the same issues described.
Of the top of my head I have Digitalism 2000, Digital D1, FM Player 2, King of FM, King Digital, 909, and, I think, some others.
