I can usually get something I like out of Beef quicker than Punchlab since there are more options in Punchlab, but I like them both.
For me it’s the opposite, I never get something useful out of Beef that I like, but Punchlab is magic.
I would like to add some 3rd, 5th harmonies to my voice during live performance. Is there anything better AUv3 (more accurate, less latency, ...) than Bleass Voice?
Humanoid can do this but definitely has latency and it has its own character (which you may or may not like).
Maybe Eventide Quadravox (on sale at present?), the major limitation (iirc) being hard-panning of the shifted voices so Ive often placed a stereo width control plugin after (Quantovox True Pan specifically bought for this).

There is a 'real time' toggle button in Bleass Voices that cuts down the latency for live input.

Meanwhile, I found a very interesting video for Bleass Voices and MeloVox on Jade Starr's channel. I think I will decide between these two. I like individual tweaking options in Voices (Pan, Filter, Stereo, Formant, Delay) that Bleass app has but the quality of the result is crucial for me. Tough choice, anyway.

What are the most used & prized moz patches?
On Patchstorage Mozaic page, u can sort patches by likes, downloads etc, so use the rankings there as a guide. I put up a vid on Mozaic on my yt channel a few hours ago btw!
Initial downloads and likes aren’t the same as prized and used most often. That’s what I’m wondering about.

Ranbo is phenomenal, it is a midi note filter that adds random velocity and timing to all passing notes, with range settings for each. Works polyphonic, and across multiple midi channels at the same time.
There are also several midi chord related Mozaic patches, strummer, rhythmic strumming, many generative, that are all great. theres one called 1 note orchersta, Euclidean rhythm, and several arp based patches. Theres some made for drums too. Once I sort my patches into folders I’ll be able to remember more.
