  • Great! Picked up Mosaic too, finally. Also picked up Hyp to play with, .

    Thanks for posting the sales!

  • half the parchstorage for mosaic I saw said “launchpad”. Whazzat? Hardware? Ableton appendage?

  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • The Mozaic Update is what I’m excited about! I can finally add subfolders to sort the 150+ scripts I have loaded in there! Sweet! It might take a bit but the drag and drop addition so make it relatively smooth.

I can’t recommend Mozaic enough for anyone interested in using, altering, creating, controlling midi. If not convinced go to patchstorage website and select Mozaic to see all the free midi fx patches available. There’s over 400 free MIDI scripts, aka presets.

    Patchstorage, select Mozaic, go nuts.

That’s the nature of the app, since anyone who learns the Mozaic Code can create their own AU MIDI FX plugin with the features Mozaic has available, there are all kinds of free patches. Some people have created Mozaic patches so the Mozaic app works seamlessly with their hardware. Then shared their work for free so anyone who has that hardware can do the same. So… Yes some patches are specific to certain hardware, but the vast majority are for anyone. There’s currently 371 different midi fx presets, each like its own AU midi fx app. You can search, filter, or scroll for a bit, to find so many possibilities. It’s been out for awhile now so they have accumulated over the years. You might have to search or scroll to find some older ones that work for you. Hope that helps.

There are also some listed in the Loppy Pro Wiki, under Mozaic, and some even for sale on GumRoad if I recall correctly. Cheers!

I’m really impressed by all of the Caelum Audio apps I have, but I’d like some opinions on Beef. Since I already have FAC Punchlab, will it add anything or would I just be duplicating functionality?

I can usually get something I like out of Beef quicker than Punchlab since there are more options in Punchlab, but I like them both.

  • For me it’s the opposite, I never get something useful out of Beef that I like, but Punchlab is magic.

  • I would like to add some 3rd, 5th harmonies to my voice during live performance. Is there anything better AUv3 (more accurate, less latency, ...) than Bleass Voice?

Humanoid can do this but definitely has latency and it has its own character (which you may or may not like).

Maybe Eventide Quadravox (on sale at present?), the major limitation (iirc) being hard-panning of the shifted voices so Ive often placed a stereo width control plugin after (Quantovox True Pan specifically bought for this).

There is a 'real time' toggle button in Bleass Voices that cuts down the latency for live input.

    Thank you @unlink , @MadGav and @steve99.
Meanwhile, I found a very interesting video for Bleass Voices and MeloVox on Jade Starr's channel. I think I will decide between these two. I like individual tweaking options in Voices (Pan, Filter, Stereo, Formant, Delay) that Bleass app has but the quality of the result is crucial for me. Tough choice, anyway.

  • Just so you know TB Voicepitcher is an awesome option too

    No, I didn't. Thank you!
EDIT: I found TB VoicePitcher doesn't support MIDI In.

First sale in almost 4 years for Moziac - according to AppRaven.

    $4.99 -> $1.99

One of those great utility apps you’re happy to have once you realize how well thought out it is.

You don’t even really need to learn much on how to code, though, @brambos has made the Moziac language extremely readable and has a really well written Manual/PDF to read through, it’s very through documentation.

There’s plenty of presets to download from Patchstorage
And there’s a thread here for some help

What are the most used & prized moz patches?
