It’s Korg. They never share that. They randomly drop updates like this.

It is working for me. Is it still now showing up for you as an AU?

  • edited December 2025

    Nope.

Maybe cause I’m still on ios15.3..?

  • Works on my iPhone which is iOS 18, but not on iOS 15 I guess.

  • It’s working for me…it’s listed as “iwavestation” in the list of AUs.

4 more hours until I’m off work …dammit I wanna go home now for real lol

Silly question but: did you download the new version of iWavestation before trying to load it as AUv3?

Great to see Gadget getting some love.

    Thank you Korg!

What host did you try to load it in? AUM? That worked for me and I am on iOS 15.8.2.

  • @Halftone - did you try running it standalone once first? Sometimes apps need that step in order to finish installing themselves.

    • Ended support for Inter-App Audio and Audiobus.

Yes tried AUm and NS2. Restarted iPad. Searched in AUM with search bar - nothing. And opened standalone to make sure it updated - it says ver1.2

@Halftone - it didn't require me to open the standalone for it to show up in AUM. Sounds like you may be right about OS version, though it says compatible back to iOS 13.0.

    Weird. I'm out of suggestions.

Maybe some of the more technical people here can solve the mystery..? Uncle Dave...?

  • Oh my word! Been waiting on this for YEARS. The “sync to host” works great also. I’ve got so many Wavestation banks. Really loving this.

It might be worth reporting through official Kong channels. App bundles are actually separate apps within an app. It's conceivable that they missed updating a p-list file in the plugin version. It's also possible they didn't actually test the plugin itself in os versions back that far. Interestingly, their compatibility chart doesn't reach back earlier than iOS 17.

    Yes, I said that earlier.
It's good that you reported it. They're probably not aware of the problem.
