    Just to be clear, it will be a universal purchase for iOS and macOS, but iPhone is currently not supported as there's a lot more going on here in the UI. It scales OK, but I took the view that it isn't really usuable scaled down to that size. Sorry if you're iPhone only.

    Just from what i see in demo you can easily release this also on iphone - UI is scalable, the format you picked (aspect ratio of plugin) would work perfectly on iPhone too in my opionion in landscape mode .. don't underestimate our iPhone fanatics how tiny knobs we can accept as totally OK UI :lol: I am 100% sre this will be pretty comfortably controllable on iphone

    Cheers guys. Maybe I'll enable the iPhone option next update. It can always be tweaked. I think the one thing that screamed at me was that height of the preset list rows - that's an easy iPhone - specific fix I can do.

    Thanks @Meek3. I've had another play and feeling much more comfortable with the idea, so plan is to add iPhone compatibility in v1.2 (v1.1 currently awaiting approval).

    In other news, virtual HIGH FIVE to @AnalogMatthew for our combined efforts bumping forScore down to No. 3 in the charts... :)

    you can't imagine how small knobs i am forced to put at some places of my app just to make it work on iPhone (cause iPhone is my main musical tool and i am doing it for myself in first place ) - if i once really get to the point where i release it (unlinkely for now) you will laugh how gigantic are your knobs when compared to mine LOL Your layout looks totally cool usable.

    Very nice sounding synth. I don’t like programming synths much but this one makes it quite easy - the modulation section is fast to find what you want rather than searching through lists of parameters. And the generate button has come up with some good results.

    And just to confirm, iPhone support is coming in v1.2.0

    Next release, v1.1.2 (iOS) release notes:

    BUG FIXES:

    • LFO Rate for MOD 3 modulation source wasn’t been properly assigned to parameter targets.
    • MOD envelope changes weren't immediately reflected during editing (aka The Gavinski Bug :smile: )
    • Spurious parameter value messages should no longer appear during state restore, preset loading etc.

    Really sorry these slipped through.

    NEW STUFF:

    • Added 25 new presets, bringing the total to 50. This means preset generation can now have over two million combinations… More presets will be included in future updates.
    • Presets list now has a currently selected indicator.
    • PDF User Guide updated, including a few typo fixes.
    • Under the hood improvements to factory presets and User Guide asset management.

    v1.1.2 is currently awaiting review (ahem...) as is the macOS initial release which has the fixes and new stuff listed above.

    I'll submit v1.2.0 (iPhone compatible version) as soon as v1.1.2 is approved.

    Another update coming soon(ish) - poly aftertouch support as a mod source - lots of fun! And, more presets... Probably another 50.

    It looks great, Rob! Went through all the windows in both standalone and AUM. It scales very nicely. The text is clear and easy to read, and the knobs move smoothly and easily and are all far enough apart. I love the sounds I’ve been getting from the Generate feature!

    Yes, but not in the way you’re probably thinking. Hit Save and it opens the ANALOGy8 folder on my iCloud Drive, and I have to save it in there. There isn’t a user folder in the app presets. To open the preset, hit Load and select it from the iCloud folder. Hey, @Rob_Jackson_Music, is a user preset folder forthcoming?

    Humm. I haven't tried preset saving and retrieval, but I think I prefer the presets to be saved in the iCloud folder. That sounds great to me.

    When the macOS version comes out, I'll be able to easily share presets with my laptop. That will be nice.

    @daddyfalldown - no plans to change the way preset load / save works at the moment. Sorry about that.

    Using the standard file system / browser on iOS and macOS makes it easy to share presets as @abf mentions.

    Also, @wim - it's not iCloud specific. On iOS, it just launches the standard files browser so you can save to / load from wherever you like.

    On macOS, you'll get the standard system file dialog / browser.

    On further thought, I like that it saves it to the files browser, because if I save it to iCloud I can access it from my iPad and vice versa. It’s silly that that hadn’t even occurred to me.

    Anyway, just want to reiterate that ANALOGy8 works great on iPhone.
