What synth(s) would you like to see made into an iOS version?

  • ARP 2600, Korg MS 2000, Roland Gaia, and weird software stuff like Obscurium and Absynth.

  • An iOS Buchla Music Easel done by ApeSoft is kind of a wet dream.

Plus interpretations of the Buchla Thunder MIDI controller.

    YES - Buchla Music Easel.
I don't give a damn about any synth recreations >:)
Give us more creative tools to make music!

cS-80 for me as first choice - come on Arturia!

Yeah, come on Arturia! Don't make it 4 ruined christmas's in a row (goes to sulk in a corner)

(...comes back) and that iProphet was missing the analog half, don't think I've forgotten about THAT Christmas!!! (stomps off again)

I wouldn't mind an iOS version of the Korg Prophecy. I adored that synth and used it extensively for about a decade. But I recently sold mine because programming sounds on it was just too painful. It had a beautifully expressive digital signature to its sound and was so incredibly versatile for its time.

    +1 <3

Finally picked one up last year. I got hand cramp trying to ride the (brilliant) ribbon log and mod wheels at the same time, and brain cramp by the time I reached level 4 of the modulation page on the 240 character display, but my ear cramp totally disappeared :)

It's such a performance synth, the Korg (Sequential?) devs did a brilliant job mapping the parameters to the models (he guessed)

Imagine if Korg could use 20 years worth of tech advancements to better integrate the physical and analog modelling parts.

Then add the extra polyphony and models (IIRC) of the Z1 without the compromises some people heard (disclaimer: I've never had the privilege of trying a Z1 myself)

My 12.9er is gagging to get at those little 240 character menu screens and spread ... sorry, getting carried away there
