Ok. Thanks....more questions though...is all recording done 1 bar at a time? Can I create a new drum set by replacing various sounds and then save it for future use? Sorry for rudimentary questions.
Yes and yes.
Today I purchased beatmachine and tried to import the iMPCsamples which I already have in
a folder on my PC.I started iFunbox opened the "Content" folder of beatmachine, selected
"copy from pc",selected the impc files on the pc.BUT it did not work. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for any help!
The only requirement is that the files end in .wav or .WAV
I'm going to grab ifunbox and check it out now to make sure.
Thank you for your fast response!I think imust be doing something wrong with iFunbox.
Because I CAN import the iMPC samples from AUDIOSHARE ,but only one by one, which
would take for hours and hours.I just wanted to let you know that it's probably not a bug of your app, which is a VERY GOOD ONE!
i've got the same problem, files won't copy in, not even one by one - any news on this?
Hi,
I can't confirm this bug yet, both iFunBox and iTunes copy files to Beat-Machine every time when I try. Keep in mind that the folder listing is only refreshed when opened or closed, and the files are not listed in the order that they were added.
Hi dreamless, the problem was due to my iPad and iTunes not being fully synced - not a problem with your software. I've had a great time tonight with the app putting some beats together but seem to having all sorts of problems when I load up loopy via audiobus so that I can record into loopy. Any known bugs in this area, or any recommendations for midi setup?
I'm having problems with loopy too. I can't get other apps to work very well either. Do you have it working with other apps? All that should be required is clock sync send turned on in beat-machine and clock input from beat-machine checked in loopy's settings. This is working in other apps I tested. I'll contact the dev to see if there is something else that needs to happen... because I've seen it working in youtube vids.
I am also having problems with loopy
@dreamless I've had it working fine with multitrack daw, with loopy I'm wondering if its a memory issue I.e. both beat machine and loopy require a lot of memory and that's what is causing the problems? I'm on ipad4 if that helps.
