😂 I admit I’m a total fanboi of NS2 but I have more fun making music with it than any other iOS DAW. It totally connects with my feeble lizard brain like no other iOS music app! 🤪
Do you know what is the normal price for that bundle?
The apps are $17.99 US each normally and as far as I know this is the first time they have been bundled together.
$25 bundles from Lumbeat appear and quickly disappear
Indeed. You can play the waiting game and expect for individual discounts. They may never come. Or come in 2 years
Rock Drum Machine i waited a long time
Too late, I've already pulled the trigger!!

Pulling the trigger may be a good one. I'm one that decide to watch tons of videos on sales week, and end up missing a lot of sales
My most respected app on IOS. Continually improved with high end technology and connectivity.
Any comments about Quantiloop Pro? At $4.99 looks interesting!
Bought, never used. More fun to play in BM3 or zenbeats (timestretching), but I dont play on guitar, so it may be a reason.
Also bought it and didnt really use it. Id wait for Loopy Pro
Quite useful for guitar training indeed. But Loopy Pro is coming!
Really, reeeally good. There's a free version too if you want to try it out before buying the pro one.
@mtenk : I got Altispace 2, the docs don't mention true stereo. So, I suspect that like AltiSpace 1, it doesn't do it. It also limits IRs to 15 seconds. It has some nice features like ducking. In
haven't had a chance to compare it to THAFKNAR for efficiency.

I am SO looking forward to the big Drambo update!
If I hadn’t have already spent so much already, I’d pick up a couple of these. Might do it anyway… ugh!
I feel like I should grab either Neon, or multitrack Recorder by 4Pockets…. I know they are fundamentally different apps, but both will basically bring some more audio into my AUM workflow. Is there anyone that has both apps that can speak to which one is better? Ideally I wish there was a hybrid between the two, but if you had to pick one, I’m wondering which one is better? More useful? I’m looking to basically freeze/record long tracks, but also edit them, to free up some CPU? Any thoughts?
I have twisted wave, but nothing Au.

Multitrack recorder has multi tracks, so it’s basically a mini DAW inside AUM, with a timeline. AUM has been updated for better transport scrolling and forward/rewind midi actions to my request, for better use of MTR/Helium. It also has a loop mode. It’s super interesting and there is no equivalent in AUV3. Neon has newer design, and (even with launch capabilities) is more an editor and slicer (you can drag all slices to Helium for midi control, top feature). But it needs a midi sequencer for proper audio arrangement. Multitrack Recorder can do this by itself. IMO, it’s nice to have full 4Pockets flagships quatuor: MTR, Neon, Helium, and Midi Mixer. If you want only one audio tool, I’ll go with Multitrack Recorder.
Same boat. My impressions (but just from reading):
MTR: arrange 8 tracks on timelines. Suitable for a static approach to arranging.
Neon: single audio snippet. Can be arranged as stacks in AUM, functioning as a clip launcher, either from launch buttons next to the AUM node, or by midi in from LK etc. Sounds more suitable to a more dynamic live jamming session where you want to try out various combinations, instead of arranging on a timeline beforehand. Or you can arrange beforehand with midi clips.
Neon is the newer app, so it is being more actively updated. And it has more powerful editing. But no timeline for arranging, although I suppose you can cut and paste audio to various places within the snippet. So it's up to your workflow.
I got BM3 to see what all the fuss is about. Who knows, it might get updated one day with universal support or something! If nothing else, I’ll rip all the drum samples out of it.
I have both. I think Neon is more flexible and has editing tools that are absent in MTR. The MTR interface feels cramped to me and I don’t find it’s timeline fun to work in. I’m still testing since I’m new to Neon but I think it will work better as a way of bringing “audio tracks” to NS2. I will also be testing in AUM to see how it works there.
I never used MTR. Was gonna use it for audio track support in AUM, but it’s just too ‘weird’ to use.
Neon was worth it but mainly cos I wanted the slice to midi feature. It’s drag and drop features are great too.
Also a bit ‘weird’ to use compared to other wav editors, and has some odd oversights, like you can warp a wav with fairly low quality time stretching, but you can’t just make it a faster tempo the old fashioned way where it pitches up.
Still, out of the 2, I’d get neon.
Would be nice if there was a little larger discount on the desktop version of TAL-U-NO-LX. Have wanted this on desktop for some time since it’s so great on iOS.
