I just bought Pipa in the sale and I think it sounds great. I’m not sure what anyone is expecting other than a synthesized voice sound. To me it has this 80s Philip Glass/Koyaanisqatsi vibe which is obviously not useful in a ton of contexts, but it’s unique and pretty cool.
Do we know why Klevgrand’s not showing any apps for Americas?
Pipa is pretty versatile, it’s my absolute favorite vocal synth. The presets are solid.
Jussi however…is very difficult working into anything other than a chanting/howling track.
Let’s hear something then 👂
I don't post music here anymore, but someone else might. I'm just here for the discussions.
It is gone from the Australian store also.
Must be a glitch. They will fix it, probably within 24 hours.
Okay, cool. Thx for Checking man.
@Gavinski has showcased several of the Klevgrand Perc apps- I feel like he really shows off some dope stuff. There’s also the official Klevgrand demo with this lady.
For 3 bucks, this puts it on the epic LEVEL of Ringotron

Also, the vocal over top is literally saying “pipa pipa”
I know it’s cheap, but feels like this could have been an update to LevLr, which isn’t very old. Seems like basically the same app with more parameters exposed, and makes LevLr obsolete.
Yep, still missing in UK App Store too…
They’re back again now!
Confirms what I thought, thanks

This thread is dangerous to my wallet!
Glad to see Klevgrand back
Bleass Tides and Modley are both on sale and seem very similar ideas (but Modley much cheaper). Can anyone comment on the differences the differences between them?
There’s a little difference in the included FX - you’d see which are included in the appstore or manual. Eg. Modley has a phaser, Tides doesn’t. Tides has Ring Mod, Modley doesn’t. But the main difference I think is that Modley gives you more control over where the FX go - before, inside, or after the feedback loop. That’s a definite advantage to Modley. Bleass Tides only gives you one choice—inside. Modley allows you to have 4 FX pre, 4 in the loop, 4 after. So 12 FX in total. Bleass Tides limits you to 5 FX. But, Tides also gives an option for the delay to be with warp (noticeable pitch changes when you change delay times) or without. I don’t think Modley gives that option, but it is useful. Bleass Tides has a far more sophisticated inbuilt modulation system than Modley. It also has more really whacky but interesting presets than Modley, I’d say. So they both have strengths and weaknesses compared to the other.
Are you sure Tides is on sale? The price seems the same to me.
Good point, it’s not on sale. At least the iOS version isn’t
NA got some back, but not all of them (and not the one I wanted to get, of course haha). So strange…
Edit: they’re back, modley is MINE! Hazaa!
Awesome. That was odd.
Great Catch!
