  • I'm guessing it's gonna be that lo-fi sampler thing he made a video about. Unless that was too recent. In which case I have no clue!!

  • I just hope it's not a reverb or a drum machine. There's been a bit of a glut of those recently

Cooool, thanks for the heads up! Hopefully the start of an audiothing BF sale too. Have had my eye on Lines and Noises. AT and Hainbach (bram too 😉) are such a magical combo!! Apps that you never know what result your gonna get when you put stuff into them (arguments is WILD haha) ❤️

A lot of good ones though. Though I agree something fresh would be nice.

  • Considering the experimental nature of Hainbach in general it could even be a 'dentist drill simulator' :D

Now you’ve done it, It’ll be a Reverb specifically only for Drums.

    Hahaha!

Hahahah i Heard a clip on audiothing's Instagram it doesn't sound too far off!!!!

  • I'm curious as to what this is. If it's something I already have, I won't be upset giving it a miss. But knowing it's @Hainbach , it'll hopefully be something experimental and/or playful. :)

I'd buy it. I hit him up and asked him if he would consider making an apprehension engine emulator. sTRNG actually works pretty well as an apprehension engine, so.... doubt we'll ever see that, or a birdsong AU.

There's this sick Cicada vst for desktop- it sounds absolutely alien

If you want the sound of millions of cicadas all buzzing at once, just take a trip out to Arizona sometime. It’s like the sounds of tinnitus everywhere.

  • Am I the only one hoping it’s a weird drummachine?

Honestly, Heinbach’s next plugin is probably gonna be something like Electrostatic Resonance Exciter,
basically the tiny pffft–crackle noise you get when you’re wearing three wool sweaters,
shuffle across the room, and accidentally zap a doorknob with 20,000 volts. Pure magic.

    Features (allegedly):

Multi-sweater engine- cotton, alpaca, or that “found in a Berlin flea market, possibly East Germany (STASI) cursed” blend
Actual Coulomb-based charge curves, but the output always drifts like 7 cents sharp for funny reasons
Random hand-to-metal arc events so you can recreate the “oops I fried my synth” transient
Winter mode where noise density goes up as humidity drops and your general existential dread increases

    For cicadas use. Droneo!
Looking forward whatever it may be!
    Edit:
    @waka_x I’d buy that lol

You’ve just saved everyone the bother of trying to come up with something like this. It would be far to much effort to attempt to trump it 😀

    This is perfect! Win!

Statistically speaking we’re all AI bots chatting with other AI bots.

  • I found the post where Hainbach used that sound/song:

    And

So perhaps is that word generator from HP that’s beening turned in to an app? ;)

Good find!! Yeah I think you are right! It's that I bet.

  • I don’t have room in my kitchen for a microwave, much less that. Hard pass from me

Well, if it’s going to be this then it will be some weird drum/percussion thing after all. At around 13 min and 14 sec this video starts to sound interesting..

  • An audiothing/ heinbach noise/perc app would be cool. A heinbach vocoder would be even cooler

    Nice! I Didn’t scroll back 6 years :D

  • Thinking a little bit outside the box even a simple rhythm can become a pitched oscillator when played back fast enough...

...so lets imagine we could maybe control the clock to an imaginary sequencer with midi-notes to make the rhythm become a playable drone/oscillator or something like that?

  • There's another video on audio thing and Hainbach' s Instagram stories. Sounds very much like that word generator through a filter
