    New Release

Ripple Drum Synth is new and currently $4.99

    App Store Description
Ripple is a shape-able drum synth. Use the XY pad to dial in the sonic character of 4 custom drum sound engines. Use the LFOs and randomization options to keep things interesting. Add finishing touches with a choice set of effects.

    On website:
    MIDI (coming soon)
AUv3 host MIDI note input with velocity mapping
    Host transport sync (tempo, play/stop)
Internal sequencer generates MIDI note events
AUv3 Audio Unit Plugin (coming soon)
Use Ripple as a plugin inside iOS DAWs
Shared models and views with standalone app
Host-controlled sequencer mode with bar-boundary sync

Another premature vibe release. We're drowning under them 😆

Yes, it's either a vibe-code or the developer spent two years of his life working tirelessly on his minimalist slider-controlled generic button full-out drum synth (/sarcasm). LoOk eVeryBoDY! I maDe a boNAfiDE acTUaL DRuM SyNtH!! iTs thAt EaSY!

The gift idea is good in theory but I don't see how it can work. If an app is iPad only, you won't be able to find it in the iPhone AppStore, therefore you won't be able to share it, and won't be able to gift it. No? I don't use iPhone, so not easy for me to check this, but the OP can easily check it and report back.

I think… If you can find a direct link to the iPad app page through AppRaven, you can go to the page, but the purchase is greyed out and unavailable to buy, just like I can go to a Mac App page on my iPad, but the buy/download button greyed out. Not certain though.

I always google the app I’m looking for and go to the App Store from there.

You can open appstore pages on browsers etc, but when you share you won't get the option to gift it, I think.

Interesting. When I tried on chrome browser on android, the option wasn't even there.

  • New Release

PitchPerfect - Pitch Monitor is new and currently Free, real time pitch monitor.

  • New Release

Triangles by Detune is new and currently $9.99

Traditional DAWs bind sound to a single, rigid timeline. Triangles sets it free. Instead of placing notes in time, you place them in space. Every bounce is a note, every triangle a possibility — your geometric universe, playing forever.

Triangles is a creative sound toy where you place triangles on a canvas and launch balls that bounce off them, generating sounds as they collide. Arrange, customize, and compose — like painting with sound.

    Features

    • Place and arrange triangles freely on a vast field
    • Balls bounce off triangles and generate sounds
    • Spatial stereo panning — sounds from the right side of the canvas come from the right
    • Off-screen sounds are still audible, with deeper reverb as distance increases
    • Deepening reverb and filtering as you zoom out
    • Reverb mix and room size are fully adjustable
    • Multiple ball types with different sounds
    • Import up to 8 of your own WAV sounds
    • Scale and key selection for musical harmony
    • Randomize notes, triangles, and balls instantly
    • Build music intuitively with copy and paste — like drawing with sound
    • Freely customize the colors of triangles, balls, and background
    • Save and load your creations
    • Relaxing and meditative experience for all ages

  • New Release

Raw Byte Audio Machine is new and currently $.99

The Raw Byte Audio Machine allows the user to operate on a constant sawtooth wave that is calculated against the assigned sample rate and bit-depth. With each sample, the counter "t" increments by 1. Your expression is evaluated and the lowest bits become a PCM audio sample. Expressions allow for binary arithmetic like addition, subtraction, division, and modulo; and bitwise operations like AND/OR/NOT and bit shifting. With these combinations of tools, a single expression can yield tremendous musical results in complex rhythms, harmonies, and melodies, all while operating on a single sawtooth wave.

I like the humor, but not the UI, and it’s standalone only, so that’s two major disadvantages. If I wanted to use a standalone MPE controller, I’d pick Midi Poly Grid over this. Call me superficial, but I really care about looks!

  • Tweakbench Studio is now free with IAPs, good move!

I don’t use the app, only the NAM auv3. The auv3 is the traditional NAM plugin.

The app does feature tone3000 integration, which is a great feature.
