Nice - I get Blue Mountain now and then whenever someone goes to Jamaica (my wife's Jamaican).
I'll have to do a vid about how I do my coffee one day - I weigh out 15g ground and use a filter paper dripper placed directly on the cup. Then I don't throw the grounds or paper away for the day, I just put more coffee on top but less and less each time. It'd be a bit like sparging the second running when making beer.
Edit out the m. - the mobile youtube links aren't expanded out like the non-mobile ones, but if you remove the m dot just after the slashes, it'll do the job.

And i will watch, because it is a science. I use an Aeropress. It is light and portable but more importantly, i still use the designers other, indestructible invention; The Frisbee. Got married in Jamaica and have good friends in Kingston.
