If not, could you possibly make two or three rows of keys, so that we can get two or three octaves worth of keys available?
The hard part is adjusting the rest of the UI, but perhaps landscape keyboard on iphone could cover the other UI and not allow interaction with it.
I bought it. What a beautiful app this is. Great job! And.....thank you!
Please if i press Add new channel and then want to remove it, what to do? I see big Plus to add, but cant remove
When i press tree horisonal lines where the keys and midi destination icon is.. It has some delay before that menu appears, all other menus are instant
If i load animoog, can i play aftertouch with builtin keyboard some day, please?
Please how to map db volume of each channel to a fader on the keys, please?
Just bought this - fantastic!!
This is what I've been wanting to do live reggae dub!
Three quick questions for Dr. Liljedahl
Is there any way to have the tap tempo button be MIDI recognizable? I'd like to tap in the temp on hardware, if possible.
Is it possible to set up some kind of side-chaining in AUM with AUFX:Dub (and Space) (two of THE best sounding effects, especially for DUB)?
Anyway, very happy with this! Thanks so much!
Roy
Btw: just gave a quick shot to dub and finally I found something similar to e-phonic SUPERB AND FREE tape delay vst(no Mac)
thanks mschenkel.it!
Yes, AUFX:Dub is a killer sounding tape emulator, for sure.
Also, thanks for the tips, that really helps! Still not sure if side-chaining is possible, but if I route to a Bus, could keep that muted (as you suggest), and un-mute for the feedback delays, can't wait to try at home tonight. (have a gig this weekend, so need to do a crash course on this new AUM before then!)
Roy
I was actually saying that you can mute input signal via midi directly in the effects. Which will be better then your setup because once you I mute the delay bus, specially if it has a high feedback set, once you unmute the bus the feedback delay will contain also data from that part where it was muted, while if you mute the input, the delay will process just from the moment you feed the effect with some signal.
Edit: actually depend a lot on what kind of result you are aiming for.
ahh, good point - i will have to try it both ways.

Swipe left and tap orange arrow.
@j_liljedahl any chance we could offset the time of each track? I.e. Push the drums forward/backwards a beat.
any chance we can combine the threads for this app?
at least the 2 "live" ones
Yes please. I was thinking just the same thing
Well that was fun! Just took off the headphones. An hour in AUM with Sector and iDensity. Beeeautiful.
I think I like this AUM app! It's magic.
Cool! It would help tremendously!!
@Sebastian pleeease
Am I missing something with IAA? I can only see 4 things in my list of IAA apps, Bias Amp, Bias FX, Final Touch, and Flying Haggis. I don't see Thumbjam, DrumJam, or GeoShred? I might be misunderstanding how IAA works, but I can see them in Auria. And of course, I can use Audiobus.
On Edit: I was looking in the effects slot. In input, they all show up.

Tap the channel title at the bottom!
This is because you can also double-tap it to instantly connect and show the keyboard for that node. The delay is needed for the app to know if you meant to double or single tap.
Actually I had aftertouch implemented, but choose to not include it yet because I didn't find it very playable. Maybe if I add a larger/full-screen performance/keyboard screen in a future update.
Sorry but I don't understand this question.
Thanks!
Currently no, but that might come later.
Hmm, yes that should be possible with some creative use of AUFX:Push to duck the output of AUFX:Dub/Space while there is input signal.
Yep! AUFX:Dub has a MIDI controlled "mute in" toggle.
Eject the output node, and choose "Mix Bus". Then you can receive on the same bus on another channel by using the same Mix Bus as channel source.
All tutorials, videos and reviews are listed here, and it will be updated as things come in:

Right, you can also set up a bus as an effect send for AUFX:Dub, and send to the effect only during the parts you want to get dubby:
channel 1: use whatever input you like, add a "Bus Send A" effect insert node.
channel 2: Receive on Bus A, add AUFX:Dub as insert effect.
Then, control the dubs with the knob next to the Bus Send node, or map it to a MIDI controller!
That's something I've been thinking about too! It's on my list of things to consider for future updates
@j_liljedahl Your own forum is feeling lonely
You're all more than welcome! http://forum.kymatica.com
Even though it's not as fancy and easy to use as this forum
It just told me to ask you if you're going home for lunch instead of hanging around with your fellas at AB forum. Seemed pretty pissed off.
Cool. It's probably due to me messing up recording but I seem to get things on an off beat fairly regularly so far.
Thanks
all clear now
Just cant figure out where Midi map button is, i wish to map volume fader
Tap menu -> MIDI CTRL, all your channel strips will be listed there, and you can map the level faders, mute/solo buttons, etc.
You can also reach this by tapping the channel strip title, and then the small slider-icon in the title bar of the popup.
Thank you
For the ones like me that requested scale quantize in the keyboard, Thumbjam does a really good job:
-go in Thumbjam settings, tick 'imput scale lock'/'white keys only'/'enable thru mode'
-then use the midi routing in AUM: 'keyboard>thumbjam' / 'thumbjam> the synth of your choice'
-if you open thumbjam in AUM, you can save the whole config
magic !
