Nope. Still not working. Me, and the app. Should I have something else as source?

Ah, Mr Wolfgang, your mind is brilliant, but bloody hell you could make your apps a little easier for us lesser mortals.

  • This is really cool, but in our ecosystem of technologists and musicians, this one seems more for the technologists.

Start with an init patch, delete the Phonem and enter this, f/ah/k/ then play around with the speed and voicing etc. Works for me.

Not too many jars, otherwise he would learn a few new words for Phonem's dictionary.

If it did, it'd be an IAP.

Anyway, mission accomplished, now in to more productive uses.

Took me a moment to realize the piglet was a statue. Then I realized I love the guy even more for having it there, and more still for getting me to wonder whether it was real or not. And that ta-daa with the synth...and his obvious pleasure with his new algorithm...Superstar

So, two musicians and a pig go into this bar and the bartender says, ( finish the joke.)

  • The only app from them I own is MiniMapper, and I actually liked it quite a bit. I was also completely confused by how it worked, and the presets were hard to navigate.

Not really into voice synthesis, but this release has renewed my interest in either WaveMapper or WaveGenerator.

Would recommend WaveMapper. Super easy to get the start of the sound you want with the mapping feature and then tweak til it fits your needs. Even just setting envelope for something such as a pad, and then flipping between the different wave tables until something clicks. Sculpt from there.

WaveGenerator is great for really messing with the wave tables, but I just find WaveMapper easier in use.

...and, there's a very tasty @Fruitbat1919 bank of presets (which works on WM, and WG)
I found it on my WM a while back, and frankly have no idea how it got there...maybe there's a link?

I've got an update with a few more presets if anyone wants it. I lost loads recently after an iPad problem and not backed up, but the new one has 15 more presets.
