Can you imagine Bloc integrated with Launchpad (ios)? An exported Bloc Project can be opened up seamlessly in Launchpad.. And a snapshot of Launchpad's playing pads can be sent back to Bloc for editing and as a 'song mode' triggering module...
Still waiting on the multi-track export for Launchpad...

Yes, indeed. I actually make less use of Launchpad than I used to - for the time being - because of Blocs. But both apps are good examples of how things can progress, when a developer has great ideas and then uses customer feedback to make them even better! Everybody wins.
@Nkersov @RajahP
I have not got into Launchpad yet, as I am not too sure what I would get out of it, but i have a few days off this week and shall give it a try.
I like to stream lp into blocs via aum and audiobus. potential is limitless

More than a few of the IAP packs (all at £1.49) are better than average. You won't have the sections Blocs offers, but on the other hand all of a pack is there to be triggered, repeated, etc on the same screen. Use of effects, too, can be a whole lot of fun with Launchpad.
Pretty much any combo involving those apps, plus a few filters, brings sonic joy.
Quite a lot of my apps are playing up since the latest iOS update. Blocs is still rock solid, and loads of fun. Top app.
Yah it is the fx that kind of interest me most however the previews haven't grabbed me enough to buy. I am more into mangle than massage when it comes to fx and i can't really get a sense for how they would even work. Without a good clear demo i think i will just stick to Blocs and outboard fx for now.
Dude ! LP is free, grab it and give it a try !
Works on iPhone too
I've actually gone the other direction using launchpad more than blocs. I mainly use launchpad for its effects to glitch up loops. If blocs starts to incorporate effects I'd probably start using it more
Yep! I really like that it supports iPhone!!
@blocsxnovation Panning! Thank you! Can't wait. The new trigger mode has really made quite a difference, kudos. So easy to rearrange loops with that, makes you feel like you can throw just about anything in there and make something out of it. Sometimes it's those little things.
OK! I did try it! 8) I couldn't edit any of the FX parameters and was kind of initially thrown off thinking things were more locked than they were. (I was expecting FX per clip, maybe a timeline, yadda yadda etc, but anyway I get it now...)
It will be about 40$ to unlock it all...! hmmm. If I could record audio into Launchpad then I would consider buying it and then playing back with FX into Blocs. But it seems to only have importing which of course is always a brutal buzz kill on iOS. I think I will just wait for Blocs to get FX (which I would gladly pay for).
Now you have it in place, ready for the good things that are in the pipeline.
+1 for being able to make our own packs. This would be great for housekeeping. Things quickly starting to get a bit busy in the file manager after a couple of projects. Hiding packs works well as a file manager concept I recon.
Who knows if we make a really good ones they can even sell them for us. (They get 30%, apple get 30 and we get whats left from two dollars!) I think this was talked about but maybe abandoned because in competes with their packs/product.
You speak as one who knows things... ...
Details must remain under wraps, 'cause I was asked to keep the surprise. But, the chaps at Novation confirm much to be excited about is on the way.
This is fast becoming one of my favourite apps. And like one of my other favourites, Patterning, seems to have top notch support as well.

Running Blocs Wave under AUM, with LaunchPad streamed in via AudioBus, and Patterning controlling both Ruismaker apps is absolutely wild.
Ooh, haven't tried it with Launchpad, I'll give it a twirl
Why not Blocks And LP under AUM?
Sure, that works too. The method I use is to preserve State Saving of what I'm up to with Launchpad, including filters set up under AudioBus. As you know, great as it is, AUM does not save states.
Oh Yes thx for the Statement. I have Not Think shout State Saving.
Panning is released

And so it begins. Over the next few weeks, all sorts of goodness coming down the line...unless there's a Spaniard in the works.
4 weeks to go
@blocsxnovation i really REALLY need custom sorting for user loops DX imported over 2k loops the last 3 days. and its a mess
Loving this app and all the updates - quick question is there an easy way to export a project from iphone to ipad other than the wav / aiff? If not that would be an awesome feat req!
