Weird that there's no news anywhere else. Am away from my ipad so can't download yet. But you'd think the dev would be right on here giving the head's up.

It's like midnight in where he lives (Germany?). Could be that (hopefully) he has a life and doesn't spend every waking minute on forums that aren't even his. ;)

Well it's not good enough....even the Manager of Love Hunny is here waiting ;) :p

It's coming: it's just Apple doing its mojo again.

    From th Auria forum:

I released all the versions at once, but it takes Apple a while for them to propagate through all the territories. I'd give it another couple of hours, and you should see your version update.

  • (Checking App Store every minute)

  • All these discounts and various upgrade paths are going to cause some problems in an App Store system not geared for it. I think Rim and other devs are having to go out of their way to give users good deals. It would have been so much easier to just make Auria Pro a new product and charge everyone the very reasonable 50 bucks for it. But this is iOS. The little inconveniences and delays are the small price to be paid for such economical products.

Right! Wow. I am confused today. Time to shut up for today. ;)

I never owned a version before Auria Pro but I agree about the app store's problems with product upgrades. That's why whenever there is an option for an app to buy a "full" version vs using an iap from a free version (Sampletank as an example), I opt to delete the free and buy the paid version rather than upgrade through iap.

Returned product cheap and tested....cool :p

  • Downloaded. Nice. Love the keyboard and ddmf and others show right up. Don't know what else is new.

    Oh my LOL.

Yes, but that is why I only upgraded and didn't rebuy, as having to download both anyway defeated the object of having the lone app. It would take just as long and need more spare room to do the transfer.

Exactly, I even OFFERED to re-buy to avoid this inconvenience.

  • Is it me, or, have any of you problem with sounds thru the new global keyboard?

Doesn't matter how I change different settings, the new keyboard don't trigger the Midi instrument...

  • iOS10? Report it to Rim ASAP!

  • Then there are those few of us who still haven't even upgraded to Pro, and are just waiting to see this AU compatibility show up in standard Auria. Wonder if we'll get a virtual keyboard as well? That would be handy with synth AUs ...

I can filter by whether it's Harness Compatible or not? Finally, a virtual head shop that understands.

    A beautiful sight! B)

Plays back perfectly from a midi track. But I haven't figured out how to get the Global MIDI keyboard to work with AUs yet. Ah well, back to real life before I get busted at work.

[Edit nvm, found it. You have to enable Input from All in the Port settings.]

I wasn't getting sound at first but that was because I forgot to arm record the track.

  • Yes don't forget to arm the track ;)

  • Hey guys, FYI I made all three versions go live at the same time. But it often takes a while for them to propagate through all of Apple's servers...

Yeah no probs. Most of us are just having a naughty laugh while we wait ;)

Yeah, in the Fabfilter One keyboard sound works without arming but we do have to arm the track when using the new onboard keyboard.

    Ahhh!

    Thank's a lot!

Sometimes the easiest thing is the hardest to solve...

    Thank's again!

  • Anyone tested AU Freeze/bounce to make sure timing is accurate?

I just made one quick test with Ruismaker. PERFECT. The audio on a bounce track in place looks like it's sample accurate timing.

  • my first test of mixing down a ruismaker track yielded a fairly significant midi/audio misalignment...

  • Well, two directly opposite reports...

  • P.S.: but the first one came with visual proof! :)
