Moog apps half price! model 15 ($14.99)and filtatron ($2.99)

    Ahhh $14.00 left... :(
Hoping on Black Friday app sales from devs Igor Vasiliev and @j_liljedahl

  • I have fingers crossed for SoftDrummer, FunkDrummer promos! It's not that I don't think theyre worth the asking price, just that personally, im looking for an app that I can connect to my midi drumkit, and use the kit to trigger sounds from the app.

Afaik you can't do that with SoftD/FunkD/RockD.

But IMO, three sounds coming from those apps are the nicest I've heard from an iOS drum app.

Can't have it all I guess...

  • Not sure about the Moog. It just sounds like another synth in the vids, but with a dastardly interface. Is it really that good?

Im stuck betweeniVCS3 and iFretless Sax.

Depends what you're looking for - funky horns or space bubbles.

I vote space bubbles ALL the way - also coming to the iPhone

It sounds ok to me, I'm not a sax aficionado or anything though, the one thing about it for me is the size, I always end up deleting it to get the space back, same goes for iFretless brass but I don't tend to use sax that often and a reinstall when I want one seems to be working ok for me at the moment.

@mannix IK Multimedia sales don't always include IAPs, but this time they do.
For the first time you can get SampleTank PRO for $19.99 (50% off)
You can get all the main Sound Packs (Miroslav 1, Sonik Synth, Sample Moog, and The Grid) for a total of $19.95
The first 3 normally sell for $19.99 each, and the Grid is $9.99
The recently released Miroslav 2 is still $49.99

@DeVlaeminck A lot of the the other Klevgrand apps are on sale in addition to Korvpressor. Those of you who are looking to beef up their AUv3 synths, can get Enkl for $1.99 and Jussi for $2.99. I own so many of their effects that I don't know what the deals are.... but they are mostly AUv3 too.

Ah, I was hoping that happened, they weren't as of last night. Going to check that out again this morning.

Yes, but if you don't need it then it doesn't matter if I like it! I don't use it that much yet because most of my use is live and I'm currently running tonestack live, plus controlling a monitor mix with the qsc app, so no power on the air for moog. But I can see it being used to pipe into my mac or recording another way.

I do think it's great, youtube isn't always the best place to judge, but if you use other things you like then you should pass on it.

  • Can anyone tell me if the Korvpressor from klevigrand works in mono only, or does it work on stereo signals also ?

    Thanks

I'm not seeing that here e.g Devine pack £3.99
edit: think it might be only on some of them

Does this sale also count for IAP of "Animoog for iPhone". I'm inclined to go for the iPhone version. Unfortunately I'm out of budget for the iPad version. Still I'm uncertain if I need the midi expansion pack. Do I need that if I just what to sync the app through Cubasis or AUM?

Only if you want to use the Animoog keyboard as a controller (MIDI out) for other apps. MIDI in works without the IAP..

Yeah, I didn't see discounts either, maybe the US store isn't showing or maybe they're not on sale.

  • I hope we'll see some 'new' apps with intro-price by Friday as I've already got most of those on sale...
(I did get the 2.8 Presets pack for SynthMaster In hope that it will some day turn into an AUv3 and also get full editing options via IAP).

Friday is still a few days away so I hope we'll see some 'big' surprises :D

  • I'm surprised Korg haven't joined the party yet

They are usually 'spot on' with the timing so I would expect them to do something on Friday.
I've got all the Korg stuff with most IAPs already so I'm just waiting for iWavestation to pop up :D

Perhaps I am mistaken? Given the standard cost of AniMoog, I had assumed that £3:99 was a discounted price.

Yes, I just checked and according to appshopper their apps usually go on sale for a month starting from Black Friday

  • Anyone know how much the add-On Features in LaunchPad usually are? like, it says they are on 50% sale, but I don't remember what the regular price was? Flanger is 1.99, Audio Import is 3.99, Stutter is .99.

For those that have some or all of them, what are yer fav. FX? Thanks a bunch!
