Excellent. Next time there is a sale, I'll likely add MicroWarmer.

  • The other plugins don't usually go on sale, do they? I just bought THM Overloud since I'm trying to live completely within Auria.

  • I will get that one next :)

So happy i grabbed timeless too. The thing is a beast and i haven't even gotten through the presets. Calling it just a delay is unjust

Absolutely. When I was using a desktop DAW, an older Pro Tools version, I used the stock plugins & a few free ones I got turned onto. The nicest ones I had were a few Waves plugins (which are admittedly fairly old school compared to their new lines). I still dug hardware compressors and found a lot of digital stuff really icey.

But digital now has gotten so good the lines are blurred & almost nonexistent between great analog hardware & great digital plugs. These FabFilter plugins are just insane, so much character, great sound and especially on Auria, a great deal, sale or no sale.

I'd love FabFilter to embrace iOS music production more in 2017 and make their existing plugs AU's and get Pro R out in Auria.

Microwarmer is amazing gotta get that one. I use it all the time!

I'm curious to know what you find amazing about it? What does it bring to the party? Does it have presets which make an instant difference?

Yes, the 'Vintage Guitar' is a particular favorite of mine. I find the presets need to be dialed down a bit, but they are definitely good at showcasing what it can do.

  • So when is next sale?
I literally forgot to go but these and now I am sad........................ :'(

    Fuck me.

Moving on nothing to see here.

Just wondering, if you were to buy 1 of the Fab Filter iap, which would you buy?

    I use for Electronic/ House/ Industrial / Hip Hop.

  • The limiter. There is nothing even close on iOS.

  • Yeah

While not wishing to challenge the knowledge of our esteemed colleagues, I'm loving what can be done with Pro-MB. So if you can possibly stretch to that and Pro-L, you will notice a huge difference.

Pro-MB - it is THE BEST mixing tool not just on ipad but also on the VST plugin world

DubSiren Dx. Actually has a Lee Perry Sample Pack, amongst others :)

    !!!
Not AB, is it? Or IAA? Is it kind of a toy? (But what a toy!)

Input AB brutha...it is part of the occasional special sauce that we men with the secret handshake do not otherwise share etc.

[Will also load up lovely in your blessed AUM....]

Recent update appears to have broken DubSiren in both AB & Aum....gutted, my magpie like sonic iOS life is over :/

  • Update from Rim, pasted from Auria forum from January 29:

It'll be in the next Auria update, which I'm currently working on. Not sure exactly when I'll have it ready, but I hope to finish in the next few weeks.

  • Great! Stoked!
