so is this out yet?
Its out but the update hasn't dropped yet. Waiting on Apple.
Yes they do!
@KarlBolasol Is there a way to double or halve the playback speed? I can get the syncopation I like by doubling the tempo to give me the 32 steps with the two sides linked, but that technique falls apart if I'm MIDI clock sync'd (or eventually when it arrives, Linked) to other apps.
This is a common feature request. I'm working on some sort of flexible time-base feature for a future release. Details are still in the works.
Just wanted to say thanks for the great app! The update will be appreciated here, thank you.
How are you using this app bro? Trying to see how it would fit my workflow.
This looks great thank you for the update!
Cool, thanks for the quick response.
Just throwing whatever sounds I can come up with often like using it as a beatbox and just mouth various guttural tones and every kind of sush, swish ckkkckckckkkkrasssshhh. You name it and it just works after some tweaking.
Ding and dong and bang and bong work great as well, or smash a pot lid on a pot or tap them with spoons or whatever utensil, on and on. Play your keyboard chords and notes. Guitar strums dream it and bam its right there.
There's a big difference between the onboard mic threshold sensitivity on an iPad 3 vs an Air2.
On the Air2 I have to have the slider most of the way down (left) for it to record whereas the iPad 3 records easily at full (right) threshold .
Going live now folks!
Excellent! Just getting ready to go back to bed but , that's on hold now.
Well, there goes that idea. Not in the store yet. Really should sleep anyway. It should be here in the morning. See you later for the maiden voyage .
It's here in Hawaii! Downloading now. So cool.
Awesome update!
So much fun, thank you very much.
WerkBench rules the Werld!
Incredible. New GUI looks fantastic...and that slide up / down animation for the "Fancy Controls" menu is a nice touch. Great work on this update!
Importer / open file area is coming up with horizontal lines and no import from locations.. Maybe an ios 11 thing or I’m thinking wrong about how that’s supposed to work?
Thx for the Update, Looks realy nice, now My only hope is link Support
Hello, old friend. Nice to see Polychord finally got with the program, too. It's like a family reunion this month. Once iOS 11 drops and nothing works together anymore, it will be even more like a family gathering.
Woot! Congrats @KarlBolasol!
Question if anyone can help: at about the 30 second mark in this video, how are the samples being recorded into the second bank? Is the app recording itself?
Live in US store. Lovely update. Thanks @KarlBolasol
It's here now though! I love the new GUI. Tried it in A.B. And it works great too! It was 4:00 AM when I got the update so have only messed with it a little so far I am really liking this.
It's the only explanation I've got, sampling itself via the speakers?
Much fun in this one, been noodling around with all sorts, works great in AB.
Congrats and thank you @KarlBolasol Feel guilty almost. Like dating a girl you once left behind but now realize has all grown up... Look forward to the @thesoundtestroom re-introducing us properly
Mostly implemented in my Dev version already! Will submit it later this week.
It's showing the documents directory of the app. Is that directory empty on your build? Horizontal lines would make sense in that case.
A good test would be to 'record input' a couple times and see if you get those files showing up.
