What is the point of this thread again?

    Bashing developers?

    Low balling developers?

    Being cheap?

Telling me I am stupid for spending lots of money to support developers with app and iap?

Next I will be told I am rich and don't understand the plight of poor iOS music makers..........

    FYI

    $1000 freaking iPads.................um........$1000 phones.......whining about $10?

Reminds me of the person who says if you can't afford to put tires on that Mercedes S class don't buy it..........

I informed him I actually have winter and summer rims with corresponding seasonally appropriate tires.....

    LULZ to this thread.

    Econ 101 anyone?

Hey genius, It's actually entirely about workflow... But way to miss the entire point and come across as an ignorant amateur. Congratz!

Dude, just about every other post you write (of the many, many posts gumming up this thread) is about somebody "missing the entire point" or not understanding you comments. Maybe it's you?

    I'm out too.

For a moment I thought you were really gonna leave the thread! Until I realize you said the same thing on the Groove Rider thread just before flooding the developper with more demands lol

What happened to this forum? When did it turn into a stereotypical KVR/Dubstepforum/Gearslutz-styled lynch mob all of a sudden? I don’t care if @Iostress is wrong or right. I don’t care if he’s “attacking the developers” or not. I’m not even defending him actually. If you don’t like what he’s saying, then don’t waste your time replying. Fucking simple as that, no?

I'm just registering my disapproval at the tone that seems to be spreading lately. I miss the posts about how to coax the best out of Beathawk sample packs or how to get Modstep to drive Gadget reliably.

("Lynch mob" is a term you should not toss out so casually, I don't think.)

I understand mate. The thing is, these types of threads are best ignored after all. Maybe iostress is trolling afterall, or maybe not. Regardless, for every thread like this, maybe it’s better to stop and think about what kind of thread you can create in its place. Is a thread bitching about Fabfilter plugins only being in Auria? Create a thread titled “So, who here has bought IAPs in Auria OTHER than Fabfilter? Who likes DCam’s stuff?” Counter a negative thread with a positive one.

Trust me mate, I’ve been through many negative experiences everywhere else in the past. For instance, I was verbally assaulted and accused of trolling at Dubstepforum by at least 20 different members simply for asking an honest sound design question (asking how Datsik and Excision made their bass sounds in “Swagga”), and the mods did nothing but sit on their thumbs and allowed people to get away with it. Dubstepforum isn’t the only forum I’ve seen vitriol directed at me or at people perceived to be “dim”, but it’s one of the worst.

This forum has been super-friendly, super-helpful, and quite the opposite of everywhere else. Then politics entered the picture in 2016/2017, and that was bad enough. This thread is pretty much the first one in this forum where I started seeing attitudes shifting towards the KVR mentality, and this is why I dropped such a heavy word. I didn’t use it casually in otherwords.
