Is it possible to use itunes gift card bought in US in the EU(my itunes account is swedish)??
Thanks @Longskatedeath
I’m 99.9% certain that you could only use it in the US AppStore I’m still not convinced (I haven’t personally tried it) that you can use apps purchased from different app stores on the same device but I have read that it is possible.
2nd hand 2017 iPad pros are starting to get cheaper now too. Just got a 256gb 12.9 with 4g for under £500 at Cash Converters
Nice!
Sugar Bytes are coming...

which ribbons, the synth or the modulator app?
Ribbons : Spectral Synthesizer
Multitouch Instrument
Olympia Noise Co.
on sale for $4 down from $6.
The other one is Ribn (Modulation). No price movement there.
Canada and US at least, if you’re on iPad try searching for phone apps instead.
I have never been disappointed with a Korg App. I don't have:
ARP ODESSEi
iM1
iDS-10
MS-20
iMono/Poly
iPolySix
Any must haves in that list while Korg is having a sale? Those not listed are owned and loved. BE ADVISED: None are AUv3. Still 1 IAA Korg Synth is worth having around for 50% off.
Groove Rider GR-16 is 50% off.
From Dmitrij Pavlov as is the Poisson-202 Synth.
Currently 50% Off:
Audulus 3
SampleTank
Amplitube
Cubasis
Whether any are must-haves depends on what you look for in a synth. If you dig classic analog synths and don't feel like all subtractive synths sound the same, Oddyssei and iMono/Poly are pretty great imo.
If I had to decide between the two, I'd only pick iMono/Poly again. iOdyssei has a somewhat different filter characteristic that is apparent when comparing both solo, but in musical context it's mostly negligible. Also, iOdyssei is a rather simplistic beast that I found a bit too limited when creating my own sounds. Building similar sounds in iMono needs more jumping around the UI but it's possible, plus you get an insane modulation matrix and collection of built-in effects. And preset exchange between Korg standalone synths and Gadget versions is practically nonexistent, so their scope of use is again limited, not to speak of the lack of AUv3 support with no signs of it to be added soon.
Thanks. I do have a lot of Analog Synths but I don't think I have a subtractive synth. The demos indicate I might like the Mono/Poly sounds more. I'll spend a bit more time on the fence in case something goes on sale in the next day or two.
Very good buy, @tja I have a 12.9" Pro 2017/512GB/WiFi, very happy with it.
Most analogue synths are subtractive, it just means they have oscillators that have harmonically rich waveforms which then passed through a filter which subtracts some of those harmonics.
Oh yeah you do. Oscillator through low-pass filter = subtractive.
Odyssei is my personal fav, as it's got the most raw personality and the best step/mod sequencer on iOS, but Mono-Poly is really good too. The rest...eh. Never enjoyed the MS20 like many others.
Ah, Crime Converters, I remember them ... a wall full of dodgy guitars is my abiding memory ...
CEX uped their prices of the Pro 2017 with £50 this week
Never understood their price and marketing strategies.
agreed, i just bought mono/poly.i love I can’t beleive it isn’t talked about more. it is a beast ! Such a great time for all genres of music > @rs2000 said:
Have fun!
Yonac just dropped their prices by 50%...
Galileo Organ(s) 1 $5 and 2 $7
Magellan $3
Kauldron $5
Kaspar $10
ToneStack $5
Navichord for $6 with 33% discount
iMono/Poly is one of the best synths out there for sure. If you love sound synthesis, that's a must have.
iMono/Poly, Model D, and iSEM are my top 3.
I’m always so tempted but with no au I won’t use it
In another thread Senode has announced a Sale but seems not yet active in the Appstore.
Just got a notification that Animoog for iPhone is on sale again, maybe other Moog apps are on sale as well.
