You get a serial number, this you paste into the connect app.

    I got it thanks!

No worries, looks like there's more things available

"zero g giving $10 off with ZEROGCHRISTMAS which can used as many times as you like, essentially making their extensive range of $9.95 libraries free!"

"Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered"

I guess I was too slow

Izotope has a weird one going on right now, if you already own ozone 7, you can upgrade to ozone 8 for $149

or you can buy Ozone 8 outright as a new user for $99

    :)

so buying new and selling old license is the best way to go

I saw that on another forum, also had no luck finding anything for that price. Should have checked before posting

It was a valid deal that you posted so thank you for mentioning it. I had gotten their email but didn't know there were things on sale for less than $10 until I saw your post. The deal was only good for 24 hours on Christmas Day. I had to sort all items by lowest price to see the below $10 products (which were on sale, originally around $25.) i was able to grab a bunch (buying each individually with the code) and then it expired while I was trying to buy more.

  • DRC is saying 25% off on Facebook but synth engine unlock is still £6.99. Is that a sale price?

How good are these effects ?

    I already have these

  • I've had my eye on DDMF Envelope for a while now. I had picked up Kleverb recently and I was kind of doubting that any other reverb would get much use, but you can get the entire collection of DDMF effects for $18. Their directional EQ seemed interesting enough, so I bit on the bundle. Excited to try them out later.

  • FL Studio went on sale to 7.99 USD. Does anyone use this? I have the desktop, but don't really use desktop much. Does it do Auv3? etc?

It’s really good at what it does. I used it to create my first ep, but have since got bored of waiting for au. It’s in their plans apparently but don’t know when.

  • Just did the complete my bundle on the DDMF and got Directional EQ for Free since I owned all the others in the bundle. Finally the App Store Gods are working in my favour haha.

Nice app to get free! DDMF apps are not pretty but sound great. Directional EQ is unique on iOS I think.

  • That DDMF NYCompressor is supposed to be excellent and one of the few on iOS with sidechaining (the other one I know of is Woodpressor which I bought when comparing them because it was on sale)

  • OT: not music related but Universal Zoom is currently free. Measuring/comparing app for kids. Simple app, nicely designed, that my boys love. https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/universal-zoom/id807673066?mt=8

My only complaint about the DDMF ones is that they are OLD in terms of UI, and unnecessarily hard to use at this point, compared to any competition. They sound good to me, though. But I've switched from the NY Compressor, for example, to the Woodpressor because of the UI on my iPhone. I own all of the DDMF plugins. I use the EQ the most.

Ok. I take it back. I just read up
On ProQ2 and it looks like you can pan different points in the stereo field in that EQ as well. So I guess the DDFM EQ is good if you don’t want to spend on the FabFilter...

  • Woodmans Immaculate Maple Syrup Studio effect AU apps are all 30% off.

Ah cool. I wasn’t looking to nitpick btw, hope it didn’t come across like that, was just curious and in the midst of ever present app purchase temptation

    1. Honestly, I haven't used Directional much at all - that came with the package.
  • how is the Ddfm NYcompressor compared to woodpressor? just curious if I should grab it while it is still on sale?

It’s a total joke. Seriously. I’m the biggest Image-Line / FL Studio fanboy ever, and I’ve tried so hard to keep an open mind about FLSM, but every single time I give it another chance, I end up deleting it. It’s just always broken in so many ways. It doesn’t support AUv3. It claims to support AudioBus and IAA, but has always been broken. (At least up to the last time I tried it a 4-6 months ago).

I wouldn’t keep it on my iPad even if it was free. It makes me too sad.

That said, others like it for its internal synths and say that it’s good as a standalone.
