    In settings, Long press ENABLE is stuck on the unlight LED, so I cannot turn it on. It’s just me that I miss something to do or is it an issue for anyone?

    Strange, I paid for the ipad version but it looks like I have to purchase it on my iphone again.
    What am I doing wrong?

    Nothing. It’s just the way the App Store works. Keep going. Even though it looks like you’re going to pay, at the very end it will tell you you already paid and do you want to get it for free.

    So dumb.

    EDIT Be sure you’re not purchasing the SynthMaster One iPhone app. Get the SynthMaster One app!

    Can you turn on the "ENABLE LONG PRESS" in the settings??
    Mine is switched off and cannot turn it on. Is it my bad or a bug?

    I think it may be a bug but on the iPad only. The button doesn’t appear as it should and like @Sinthemau said, the light won’t turn off. iPhone 8+ is working fine here.

    After updating (and getting Shockwave on the phone-Thank you Mr. Aras!) the iPad today, I needed to reload my presets. They appeared in the user folder but all were silent. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Grabbed the backup presets from iCloud and imported them. Works fine now. iPad Pro 9.7 iOS 13.3

    I just emailed him and described the issue.

    You probably won't be charged. The App Store has bugs related to apps that go universal after release. Usually, you get a notice that you won't be charged after you go through with it.

    Thanks for reporting this, it wont work since the button got squished so it only affects 9.7' iPads. That said, I just fixed it, you can expect an update soon.

    For now, you can do a re-install which will default it to be disabled.

    It's a universal app now, there's no separate purchase, just the AppStore not realising you already own the app.
    As mentioned above you can savely go ahead, it'll tell you something along the lines of "You already purchased this app and wont be charged again"
