I can't remember signing a disclaimer stating I won't post AB unrelated material.

Huh..? I didn't say you did.

Having somebody reminding me that my priority is to favour AB because I'm on AB forum is bonkers irrespective of anybody's opinion.

What are you on about? I didn't say what you should favour.

Talking about non AB stuff does not diminish devs achievement or their efforts in setting up or running this forum.

I never said it does. In fact, did anybody say that?

I just explained to you where I'm coming from. If it doesn't ring any bells then probably this conversation isn't even happening. Communication requires 2 way exchange and a bit of empathy. Good day/night ;)

    .

  • There is definitely a communication break down of some sort here. We talk about things other than audiobus apps frequently but we most often talk about audiobus related things given the nature of the venue. I do not think that Simon was saying otherwise. No post editing goes on that I am aware of and for the most part every topic is accepted for what it is. That is not to say we all agree all of the time on everything but we seem to have a free and fair ability to have what ever conversations we like.

  • Why don't you guys take it to PM's, the back and forth bickering doesn't really belong in this thread.

  • This IS the AB forum isn't it? Alternating Bickering happens all the time...

  • Open the UI of a gadget stil takes too much time for my taste. And i'm pretty sure it's not really faster than on my iPad 4.And that's after the update.I wish i could turn of the iOS7 zoom effect for the gadgets.

  • Silky smooth on ipad air....so far anyhow...:)

  • ... and let's not forget that thread recently about how nice people are here :-)

Will Audiobus 2 enable me to route each track from Gadget to separate tracks in Auria ?

yes, everything is smooth.Even the zoom animation for the gadgets. It just takes too long ;-)

  • I am seriously considering buying, wondering how well it runs on a mini w/ AB? Maybe it is time to upgrade.

  • should be 5 gadgets before you have to freeze tracks.

Or Cubasis or BM2....that would be awesome!

  • On a mini I could get 15 tracks with 13 frozen

Anyone know what the yellow-ish lights above each gadget in the mixer is for?

When the yellow light is on, you can play that gadget from the mixer view.

  • Hey, can you play the gadget from the mixer view when the yellow light is on is all I want to know?

    With a midi keyboard.

  • edited March 2014

Sorry about all those duplicate posts. User error. Couldn't figure out how to delete.

Yes, when the yellow light is on, that gadget can be played with a MIDI keyboard connected.

  • You can't. If you get an error, the best thing to do is close the error box, select and copy your message (just in case) and exit the thread. When you come back into the thread, you'll usually find your post was successful, but you can always paste it in and try again if it wasn't.

  • enjoying gadgets new sequencer tweaks

  • edited March 2014

It looks like only the main stereo out mix of Gadget shows up in Auria.

  • New to the forum, but it seems like a lot of posters here are more "latest and greatest" because I don't see much discussion anymore on this app. I feel like this is the best iPad app out for composing electronic music.

Just curious - does anyone export out track by track so they can mix in their DAW, and if so - how are you going about this? Does it require saving over and over and renaming each file something like - SongName - Kick 1 for example? Seems like a hassle.

Why did Korg make yet another app with no multitrack export?
