    Super cool!

  • Ooh, thar she blows cap'n 😍

  • I knew this guy was good from the minute I first opened this app. From no connectivity to AUv3 in a blink.

    Big up! @AllTheMachines 👍

Steve is the guy. This app is phenomenal🤟

  • Is that maybe the fastest a dev has ever made that leap? Highly impressive indeed!

  • Shit just got real

@noob - time to fork out that $6 or €5

  • let’s hear see auv3 demos!

  • awesome!! congrats to the dev for such great work. i bought it when it came out with the faith he would follow through, and he delivered! Love this app, and will love it even more now!

bought! dunno wtf it is but tried the first preset....and that was spot on

Btw, to drive it externally (typo in the manual):
    PAD 1 = C4 (notenumber 60)
    PAD 2 = C4# (notenumber 61)
    PAD 3 = D4 (notenumber 62)
    PAD 4 = D4# (notenumber 63)

  • amazing update.
I can even get 2 instances of it + 1 verb (in AUM)
on my ole iPad Air 1!:)
    thanks Stephan.

This is great as an AU, quite a few crashes when touching the pads so needs a bit more stability, but seems fine otherwise.
Would be nice if AUM presets saved the pads settings, which they don't yet, but saving in Skiiid gui works.

  • @AllTheMachines was excited to load up the AUv3. Got a crash within a few seconds of playing the pads! Will see if I can replicate but there must be some issues

    Happy place

  • @AllTheMachines would love to see a faster way to adjust bpm when not using sync too. Maybe also a quick button for immediately halving / doubling bpm would be a useful addition.

  • In fact, it seems it can’t move in AUM unless synced. When I unsync, nothing happens if I press play in skiiid. @AllTheMachines

Congrats on the release though, I’m sure these things can be easily ironed out

  • Love that this is now AUV3 - managed to get Rozeta Cells to drive the pads via Midi but for some reason Riffer isn't playing ball. No crashes so far but not pushing it too hard...

  • it seems to work fine for me when using external midi, just the pads seem to cause crashing sometimes.

  • Yes, when pressing in the lowest part of the pads, it crashes systematically

  • I will try to reproduce and I’ll make a video. Mine last time I’ve tried it seems to work good. ASAP as I get home I will try to reproduce.

  • This definitely peaks my interest a lot more now...

  • We could update the title with Auv3 so more people can be interested 🤟

I can not change the title anymore, maybe it's only possible for one month or something like that 🤔

  • I confirm the bug on the pad on the bottom left @AllTheMachines

  • Working fine on the latest beta

  • Just a reminder for all the new converts that I did a vid on skiiid back when it was a humble IAA, but features are the same 😉:

  • This is just a great creative plugin. I haven't found a drum synth I like since SeekBeats but this one makes that easier. Still not seekbeats but it's a different beast entirely.

  • Dope, the au functionality just got me to buy it. I’m excited to dig into it tonight
