    We are currently testing version 1.8.2 which has a lot of note and generation tools

    Been using LK to make an elaborate setup, been working great and and I like having all the midi notes in one place and mixing different clips for arrangements. I can have a lot of automation for multiple tracks/instruments/effects that are exposed in aum in one single track! Lot's of possibilities.

    Somehow I can't find how to arm multiple tracks? After double clicking the ⬆️ button you can click on the 🔴 record button for multiple tracks, but it won't record to multiple tracks using external pads from Xequence pads. Your hear the sounds fine when playing, but only one track records notes? The track that is also 'selected' in the bottom row.
    I'd like to tap out a drum sequence using multiple instruments (drums and hats on chan1 Ruismaker, Snares on chan2 Ruismaker FM and some other on Digistix chan3)

    Also, when you mute a track, then hit solo for a track and un solo, all muted tracks become un muted again ? Kinda unexpected or am I missing something? 🤔

    That is currently not possible. But I think we could use the shift key to make it possible. Using the shift key with an already existing selection wouldn't cancel the first when doing the second, summing the selection.

    That's actually the first thing I tried to do, so I think that would be a good, intuitive, solution

    We have just uploaded a new beta for LK 1.8.2 with some fixes and improvements

    • Fixed mute state on solo tracks change
    • Fixed recording to multiple armed tracks

    @Frank303 are you in TestFlight? If not, send me a private message with your email.

    • Note Tools: Time Shift/Pitch Swap

    @White now we have time shift depending on the grid quantization. The other time shift was depending on other notes. It would work with a single note. We kept pitch swap, and it works like the previous pitch shift. This is actually a swap since it greatly depends on the next and previous notes. I think it is more clear and intuitive now.

    @branis we are working on the shift select to aggregate selections. There should be a new beta soon. If you are not in TestFlight let me know.

    @Pitje we are making new tracks to start with an empty clip too. Thanks for the tip!

    @Carnbot I've seen your feedback regarding velocity editing. It makes all the sense. We are going to add a shift modifier for this too. If shift is not pressed, the edit will be independent for each. If this is pressed the edit will be for all notes.

    If I save preset inside LK matrix and name him eg preset 1, than - after some work I save this preset again (not save as) - this preset is duplicated (on the preset list there are multiple "preset 1" presets. iPad air 2 ipados 14.0.1

    This happens because the restore state is being added as a preset when you open LK. This will not happen any more from now on. We have just improve it. Already fixed on the next beta. Thanks for letting us know! :blush:

    By the way, AUM session state keeps all LK state. When LK is hosted, you can simply rely on the host state saving.

    • Note velocity is now independent for each note unless Shift is pressed

    Would you consider a shift button action for the Time Shift left and right buttons to allow for nudging notes in tiny increments? This is really helpful for adding some groove to sequencing, and getting things just a little off the grid.

    • Added chord and melody generation tools
    • Fixed mute state on solo tracks change
    • Fixed recording to multiple armed tracks

    • Improved restore state

    Also mute/solo and record multiple are fixed!

    I have been using it intensely this weekend and the workflow is very smooth 😊

    From managing clips to editing midi, everything works really well.

    Right now we are doing it for Akai Apc Mini. We have an Apc Keys 25 as well. In order to support more we might need to purchase them. We will probably start with the more popular first.
