@tahiche @Max23 and anyone else interested in creating your own Sampler patches...
To avoid further confusion about file names, I've added some info about creating Sampler instruments in the Drambo Wiki:

sEGments seems to be working better in this update... Thanks..
Thanks!! This is extremely helpful. I’ll give it a shot tonight.
Do you have any idea if Sampler will support round robin in the future? I haven’t found a satisfactory workaround for large multisample round robin at the moment..
No idea if or when that might happen, sorry.
But you can get round robin behavior by sequencing the velocity values for the respective samples.
If you use the V input for selecting samples but keep the Velocity knob at zero, Sampler will play all V-layers with the same volume in order to be compatible with consecutive processor modules (like ADSR). When routing the original velocity from MIDI to CV into an ADSR following the Sampler, you can have both round robin and proper velocity response today.
Ok cool, the velocity method is a good idea. I’ve got some large collections with both round robins + dynamic layers though, so I sometimes wish I could map everything. No biggie though, as I got Audio Layer recently on sale.
@aleyas For large collections, AL is the better option anyway. Drambo will load all samples into RAM which limits the usable instrument size, and more so when you have multiple samplers in a project.
Yeah that's good to know it's in the works.
I guess that means Channel filtering for AUv3 plugins will also work, at the moment I can't seem to get that working either but I guess it's all part of the same function.
Bugs are usually fixed first 😊
I am noticing a few, has a bug where you can't deselect an AUv3 plugin module been logged?
Hi everyone, is there a way to reverse samples in Drambo ? I can’t seem to find reverse in none of the samplers
Hi thanks very much for the reply.
Is anyone else having issue with the speed function? Drambo keeps crashing when i change the speed. It crashes in AUV3 MODE and also in standalone mode. This is with the latest update
@aleyas @rs2000
I made a simple round robin patch today (as a test) using transpose modulated by gate counter modules to select each one of my five loaded samples (C-2 up to E-2) in a round robin sequence.
Here’s a quick demo of version 1:
@tk32 That's an elegant solution! 👍🏼
Yes, in fact. I went to reverse play speed in Flexi yesterday, and it insta-crashed my project. I even happened to capture it in a screen record. Strange.
Okay guys, here’s my solution. I’m using a switch to distribute gates alternatively to 2 Sampler modules. One module is loaded with ‘round robin 1’ samples, the other is loaded with ‘round robin 2’ samples. So the dynamic velocity layers of each module don’t need to be sacrificed for round robin.
This method allows the gates to be distributed for chords as well as single notes. That bit was a somewhat tricky to figure out. Also, In order to get ‘key release’ samples playing, one could load up another sampler full of the release samples, and use a gate inverter so that it triggers when you lift your finger.
@aleyas wow that’s a lot more clever than my simple solution.
Mine still works great for drum samples, as it also preserves the velocity values of the notes played
@tk32 the more methods, the merrier!
I'll certainly use your solution and see where it takes me (likely setting up my samples in a new and fun way)
If anyone else wants a copy of my simple round robin patch you can download it in project or module format here:

'Steps' mod input is broken on both CV and Gate+Velocity sequencers. Tested it against the new Euclidian Sequencer, which works as expected. @giku_beepstreet
(posted here cause the gif didn't seem to load properly on the drambo forum).
Did anyone tried a formant filter in Drambo. I miss the one from Sunrizer.
Yup, I’ve the same issue. Also mine seems to have a gui glitch with the attenuverter knob too.
I’m on 14.4 on a 4th gen iPad Air!
Nice, glad I’m not the only one facing the issue. Do you happen to know Where i could send a bug report to ?
Sorry cannot see this listed anywhere but can I host IAA apps in Drambo like Xynthesizr ?
I have an AUM project with Xynthesizr, Rozetta apps and some synths. Can that all live within Drambo or should I use with AUM?
So what's the solution if I want to use Drambo for the sampler and Xynth for the trigger/synth
*Run both Xynthesizr and Drambo stabdalone
* In Xynthesizer, enable background audio and receive MIDI clock from Drambo:
Whenever you start or stop playback, Xynthesizr will follow.
