Great channel!!
Thanks!!
Pumpkin Radio stations have some fun "old time radio stations" you can get on Radio Unit:
https://pumpkinfm.com/
This has been discussed already, but what would you use for a retrospective recorder of radio unit? Something that kept recording the last 10 or 15 seconds would do it for me, provided I could keep it playing but reach for my phone stop and save that buffer when something caught my ear
I don’t own loopy pro, sadly, amazing app but I don’t really record or use samples anymore.
Can I use drambo in overdub mode or something? Perhaps something more lightweight is available?
I have audioshare and AUM, but I don’t know if that functionality is available
Help appreciated
I love Radio Unit, but one thing I really miss is the lack of song id. For example, SomaFm broadcasts track info and some players show the artist and track name.
Of course there is an option in the app to identify the song, but it always takes a while, and with less known artists it doesn't always work. And this info could be shown right away.
Have you asked the developer to add this?
It might be something they overlooked and could easily add.
Hey @Simon, no I didn't ask the developer about this. And actually I don't have a good explanation why I didn't. But I will ask, thanks very much for the hint.
This:
Usually, 2 seconds retrospective is enough for me to hit record in time, but I've made it 3 seconds just to be sure 😉
I seem to remember you already posting this, thanks I’ll try.
Why 3 delays in series instead a 3sec delay? To allow longer times than a single delay will?
@pedro Yes, exactly.
Geniuses always makes things so easy! Brilliant!
@rs2000 has that amazing drambo skill of providing solutions that make me think “but of course, why didn’t I think of that”. He does it consistently (and with incredible patience). It’s pretty annoying, makes me look dumb(er) 😂
Wow, thank you guys! 😍
