This seems like a bug, we will check and fix that, the buttons at the left should not turn on/off the effects
Just updated the app. The same story... After installing "Bonus/Desktop Factory Presets" Selcuk presets are present, but total presets amount drops from 4006 to 3063. After restoring iAPs total amount returns to 4006, but no Selcuk presets. Tried two times with the same result.
@kv331audio_bulent Is there a correct procedure how to get new pack without destroying the whole collection?
I believe we just need to wait for Apple to approve the updated IAPs, see this.
There is a big issue about the IAPs on the App Store, they are approving the app but not checking the IAPs at all. For that reason when you download the file, it is the old file not the recent updated one. We just contacted Apple about this but I guess it will take a few days to resolve the problem. Sorry about it folks, but this is not our fault

This seems to affect SM One as well FYI, since I can’t download new packs there either without getting the same error message about purchases being disabled as in SM2.

Just got a notification from Apple that the IAPs are now approved:
Desktop Presets Upgrade
SynthMaster All Expansions Bundle (2 new expansions added to bundle)
NatLife Future House Sounds
NatLife Future Electro Sounds
Tap the name of the current preset, and then tap "Restore IAPs for SynthMaster 2".
The above operation showed all the presets I own, including the new preset. In other words, it was successful.
(A few days ago, right after I updated SM2 for iPad to version 1.0.6, it failed to install presets. Now, the software version is still the same, but it succeeded. Thank you KV331 for your response and reporting).
Still getting instacrash when trying to download my IAPs from SMP from the menu, no recovery possible.

Looks good to me. Restore IAPs, Desktop Presets Upgrade now includes the new Selcuk Ergen presets.
It would have been really helpful if you'd said that users with IAPs should wait for this update from Apple. I know you said you were waiting, but users didn't make that connection, though it's obvious in retrospect.
Now I could also download the Selcuk Ergen presets which is pretty good by the way.
Still having issues with IAPs, latest iPadOS and SM2 on IPad Air 4:
The sounds in this are great, I love the massive sound editing abilities but I am mostly a preset user because of lack of time and I really want to use it but I am on the road to giving up. Am I the only one having these issues?

For downloading the desktop presets/iaps can you please click on the preset name and a menu will pop up, on that menu please choose "download bonus/desktop presets". You can restore your IAPs from the same menu too. It seems the browser is a bit buggy but from the main menu they should download fine.
Bluffmunkey darkwave sounds & Natlife Ambient&Chill are not ported to the iOS platform yet, sorry about that. We will release a new version soon.
I just tested restoring SM Player expansions on SM2 and it went fine, I will check the crash logs from Apple
No. Not all IAPs downloads this way from the main menu for me, among them Nat Life latest releases. At least they do not show for me in the pack list after doing the above yet another time. What are, or where are, the bonus presets by the way, because nothing seems to be added?
This referred to SM One, sorry, there are still issues with that app as well…
That sounds promising, then something goes wrong locally for me. Let me know if I can help in any way, I really want this to work… I am not nagging you guys for the sake of nagging, you have a great product but it seems way too buggy on iOS. I just want it to work.

I have all of the newer preset packs except the Selcuk Ergen still won’t download on iOS even though those presets did download on desktop. When I use the restore method suggested, Download Bonus presets says “None of the banks installed” but Download Desktop Expansions does download but still no Selcuk Ergen. I deleted SM2 and tried again with same results except now I have less presets than before, 3000 instead of over 4000. Please fix this! Thanks.
I can't get the bonus content yet either despite repeated unsuccessful tries. I notified the DEV that the bug is still not fixed.
It seems to depend on what IAPs you have. I have only the Desktop Presets Upgrade, and I was able to update using "Download Bonus/Desktop Factory Presets". It appeared to restore the Desktop Presets and worked OK. So, it's important to report the IAPs to identify where the conflict lies.
So you mean a specific IAP can block the bonus download? Because I tried before downloading any IAPs without success. And after, same result…

And what is the bonus content for registering? And since there are so many IAPs, is there a good way of telling which of them I have bought during the years for SM One, SM2 and SMP respectively?

I own the full desktop version including all IAPs so nothing should be unavailable to me. I don’t even see the Selcuk Ergen presets in the store IAPs as a purchase option.
It seems Apple divided the app/IAP approval to different teams, and although one team has approved the recent app update, the IAP team hasn't approved, so when you download the desktop IAP the old version was downloaded but this is now over. A few days ago the other team also approved the updated IAPs so now the file contains 50 new presets by Selcuk Ergen.
I just deleted SM2 and reinstalled and registered again and tried to download IAPs and now have only 3000 presets instead of the 4000 I previously had. Still no Selcuk Ergen presets and this IAP doesn’t even show up as a purchase option in the store

That's right, nothing should be unavailable. But the new presets are part of the Factory package, and the bonus Factory package. They should probably be included in the full desktop package as well. But every package is apparently a different IAP, so the new presets need to be separately added to each IAP, and Apple must separately approve each IAP. So there's a lot of admin detail involved in this. I guess KV331 have done their part, Apple not so much, especially as they took a holiday break.
@kv331audio_bulent Is there really no way to delete imported waveforms/samples in iOS/iPadOS SM2 apart from deleting the app and re-installing it?
This 'import/export resources'(Samples & Wavetables) management could be handled under the 'Browse' tab.
The 'Import Wave Files' option can also be a bit hit or miss when trying to import 'Samples' as it presumes that the user wants to import 'Wave Tables' which is not always the case. (I managed to Drag'n'Drop a folder with 'Samples' onto the waveform window and that procedure imported the folder as 'Samples' into a 'User' folder which I can't rename).
Thankfully SM2 supports loop meta-data embedded in *.wav files
