    Sent a bug report in about error message on start “something when wrong while displaying the documents try again.” Rebooted and was still getting it, came back an hour later and now it’s working. I don’t think there’s an indexing process on install? Maybe just Files app weirdness.

    Wonder if it’s possible to save specific external drive folders as a favorite/location? Super useful app already. Thanks

    @alecsbuga could you do a re-name that would replace a character or group of characters? I’m thinking of Obsidian in NS2 which is looking for eg: FileName C2 etc. and I have files named FileName_C2 etc. and I would simply like to replace the underscore with a space.

    Also the ability to pre-pend or append characters such as add NT- to the beginning of a group of files eg: FileName.wav becomes NT-FileName.wav 😎👍🏼

    This is awesome. The bulk renamer I mentioned I use a lot in desk does that. You can add prefix or suffix
    or replace part of string names and whatnot. Really useful when you have long sequences of filenames that get botched

    This is sweet! Haven’t tried but I think the sample chain creation might be the easiest solution ever for creating cue sets for the ALM Squid Salalmple, will report back when I test it but it should work.

    Is there a way to scrub through the samples though?

    It would be mad if you did. Feels like we'd have a better file manager than the standard one.

    @alecsbuga it works really well on my iPad and it’s so useful with all the sample I have on my iCloud Drive (to share between devices)

    No many bugs at this time but can you make active sound when silence mode is activated on iPad ? I need to deactivate silence mode to listen everything . Would be dope :) thanks to you

    Good news. If you know how Mac OS rename works (Find & Replace, make sequence, Append/Prepend), and you like renaming stuff, you're in for a treat :))

    It seems like this time I was the one late to the party…oh well…a beta testing for anyone…I’m just happy to be in Loopy PRO…but…such a pity…I REALLY wanted to test this app’s sample chain with Loopy PRO (and with Maschine, Akai Force and MPC Live 2).     Looks fun but not sure about the legal implications of it.
    I mean, I can add a webview that loads this page and when you tap DOWNLOAD maybe there's a way to fetch that file.

    Don't hold your breath for this though :D

    I think it’s on your list, but a quick way to access the sample chains, choosing a name and where to save them would be really helpful.

    This is getting better and better. Pro tip: because this works just like Files app, you can do searches for, say, all WAV files with “kick” in the name. Search is near-instant.

    I’ll just let that sink in for a moment…

    Edit: And then you can drag and drop them into, say, Koala!!!

    The problem with Search is you can’t perform operations on the results. For instance if I search “kicks” I can’t do a Select All and Move like I can in other parts of the Files app. Don’t understand this. Unless I’m missing something?

    Yeah - I knew it was in the Files app. It’s the one thing in the Files app that makes no sense to me. I have reported to Apple FWIW. I just wondered if I was missing something. Most likely something right in front of me! 😆

    Haven't tried that. What if you search, tag them and then go to the tag and move them from there.

    By default chains are saved in the app directory On My Ipad.

    I have a task on my list to enable renaming.
