    Set Play2 Level, Play3 Level, and Reverb Mix to 0. That gives you a looper with one play head and no obscuring reverb, which ought to be a simple enough arrangement to start getting a handle on how the loop record/playback controls are configured. If you need it to be even simpler, set Loop Steps to 1, Play1 Pitch to 1, Play1 Feedback to 0, and Play1 Rate to the minimum value.

    Miyazaki made the Souls games intentionally opaque because as a kid he would play games in other languages and have no idea what's going on and made a game to recapture that feeling. A feeling I always loved as a young gamer and found to be missing as I got older and got better at reading and researching. Like I would play super mario RPG and get stuck on the first scene for 3 Blockbuster rental cycles cuz I didn't read that Toad said to jump at a certain location. Igor apps are like that. And I love it. Opening an app by Igor is like stepping into the cockpit of a soviet era rocket ship as someone who has played a little Kerbal Space Program

    Yes. The only loop mode that requires user intervention to both start and end recording is Manual. Auto requires no intervention at all, and in fact the user has no control over recording start/stop in this mode at all except by regulating input signal to the effect.

    (To clarify: there are two loops, but you’re not "mixing" between them, per se - the only time both loops are playing at once is while you’re transitioning from the current loop to a newly-recorded loop, which happens automatically when you stop recording.)

    BUT you make the “ get stuck on the first scene for 3 Blockbuster rental cycles” sound like an emotive memory when I’m sure back then it was utter hell! 😂

    Can you put something other than soft synth pad sounds into the app when you do the stream please.

    The 2 or 3 videos I've seen don't have a lot of variety in the sound the app generates. I am wondering how other sounds like drums, voices or grittier synths work with Spacefields. I am hoping it is not a "one trick pony" kind of app. Thanks!

    I already run tons of stuff through, environment samples, drums, voices.
    I will definitely be running my DeepMind through it tonight and a load of AUv3 Synths, Drums, some more samples noises etc.

    Is your input signal constantly above the recording threshold? I think it needs to dip below threshold and then exceed it again to trigger the next recording.

    Is there a way to only listen to the input to trigger and not have the input in the output? If I put the wet dry to 100% wet then it always hears something coming in and doesn’t then auto record again
