@HotStrange Drum Perfect Pro has THE best round robin and velocity features of all the drum sequencers. Somewhat tough (by tough I mean YOU have to program it there is no press a button to generate a groove) to program... YMMV

Kola with a mozaic script can do round robin. https://patchstorage.com/eucalyptus/

That said I use DigiSticks ALL the time. My fav is to use other sequencers to sequence it, most notably Drum Computer (remapping with MFXConvert and with de-ghost midi tools to thin out the notes if needed)

Thanks! I’m not really in the market for that (regarded DPP) as I don’t use realistic sounds much, I just think it’s cool Digistix 2 has it. I ended up getting it and I’m really have fun with it so far. Some cool preset kits and the randomizer is a blast. Anywhere that has some good (preferably free) drum samples I can get to on the iPad?

Reverb also has the 4 famous studio packs free. Those are highly detailed.

Definitely gonna be grabbing those. I dunno why I haven’t done that already.

Yea. I use bass Leveler somewhat regularly. I wouldn’t pay $8 for them but for $.99 I’d try one, see what you think, if you like it grab the other. There is a bundle but not sure if that’s discounted also… they are super simple, and help, for example your Bass, sit well in the mix.

  • Anyone know the difference between the older Beatformer app and KNOCK? I like Beatformer. Been using it for a long time. What does Knock offer that BF doesn’t? Maybe they’re completely different. I don’t know. I was thinking of purchasing KNOCK during this sale but if it’s similar to what I already have I’d rather spend my cash on something else. It’s been an expensive month. Thanks.

In February 2022, Meta acquired Accusonus for a figure reported to be between €70 and €100 million. All support and future development of the products I bought from them appear to be gone.

Yep I no longer have Beatformer because of this. Unfortunate.

Seriously. I had to get my iPad replaced, and when I switched all my apps over, Beatformer disappeared since it was taken off the App Store.

It is not anymore in the App Store and no alert about that. I whish Apple to implement at least a notification when an apps you buy is definitely out of the AppStore.

I also wish you could get a refund in cases where the developer pulls it from the iOS store in this way. But maybe that’s asking too much.

It’s ridiculous when developers sell, but leave customers in the dark, with no downloads let alone service.

    It’s infuriating.

  • We can all thank Meta/Facebook and Mr. Suckerberg for Beatformers disappearance from the AppStore after their acquisition of Accusonus...

I guess they wanted the IP for that AR Metaverse crap they are developing, didn't that sh*t fail miserably already?!
