Switched to a new iPad (16.3.1) and Noises doesn’t make any err noise anymore. Deleted, restarted, no dice.
Anyone else having this problem?

@audiothing (I think you didn't see this on the Noises bank sharing thread). What does the on/off button at the bottom right do (near the ordering of crush and filter)? I can't hear any difference I think?

This is one of the most creative instruments I’ve ever had the pleasure to play with!
The built in presets… amazing!!
But i just took a aum project with some arps and some pads that i made in spacecraft/borderlands/gradient and dropped them in here and have this crazy evolving drone with the arp going in and out… and since it’s all the same key wow i would have not been able to think to sequence this on my own.
Adding some white noise now to get it a lil more fuzzy
Another cool experiment… load the same arp sample 2 times in like 4 and 6… i layerd a pad into the arp samples as well…. Then put some pads in slot 5… turn 5 off and on with a high release and you get some nice ambient stuff immediately… i even tossed a few kicks into the sample to get a random hit

It seems so fun and useable to get some textures… more then just a delay. That sounds real nice.
My wallet wishes they did bundles but i think they are for sure asking fair prices for their apps.. so I’ll slowly add them all into my collection. Maybe wires will be the next one!

I’ve been wanting something like this for so long… i love creating sequences without piano rools and sequencing haha and the way this thing moves around on its trip…. Is a trip and what I’ve been looking for. I would not be bad if there was a lil bit more control over the trip but I’m not complaining this is going to be my entire weekend.
Might grab lines and sample it to use in noise as well
Help wanted…
I relaunched Noises yesterday after some time away from it and I can’t get it to make noise or anything else. Whether standalone or as a plugin, the dials respond to MIDI and self fluctuate. Otherwise, radio silence. Dead air. Nada.
Other instruments work fine, including those from @audiothing, so I must be missing something obvious. Thanks.

@Schmotown I’m clutching at straws, but have you checked that you’ve downloaded the sound banks? I’m wondering if you’ve deleted them to make space at some point and need to download them again. Hamburger menu/Download banks.
@bygjohn you helped me solve the problem in a most unexpected way. I was pretty sure I had downloaded the banks but I checked again. All of them had an “X” next to their names, indicating that they’d been installed. On a whim, I clicked one of the X’s and immediately began hearing hisses and static. Perfect! I re-downloaded that bank and everything was back to normal.
I recently moved to a new iPad and I wonder whether that caused the app to go silent. Anyway, thanks a lot.

The most common fix is to re-download the banks from the options menu.
Thanks @audiothing. (Love your apps!) A bit further up the thread I explained that deleting one of the banks immediately resolved the issue and Noises was noisy again.
Ah yes, I think that could be caused by some iOS cache cleaning, I need to investigate, but I might have a workaround to implement anyway.
