the other problem is neither of these instances will bounce audio!

this is already fixed in beta but inthought it was bug present ONLY in beta ! You have this problem with normal public version??

In case you do let me know i will tell Arto that it is probably good idea to release fix asap :-) , also in Logic is now current beta BS infinitely more stable.

But i am really surprised, i thought this non-render problem was present only in beta

    Nope, no beta version here

Yeah it’s weird, sometimes if I try to switch patches it blocks the plugin too - very frustrating as I tweaked a patch to perfection only for it to disappear/revert to that weird mutation later on

My workaround was bouncing everything to stems for Logic on my laptop except Buttersynth, then recreating the patches in Serum instead! (Ironic as I used Serum tutorials to make the Buttersynth patches in the first place 🙄 )

Problem I'm seeing with Buttersynth is the AU plugin (in iPadOS GarageBand) will not retain my customized settings in the project. Upon reopen of the GB project the synth reverts to a default patch sound, losing all of my tweaks and not sticking with the specific patch I had chosen...

    Anyone else have this issue?

Is that still happening? I’m deciding to wait on agonizer and save up for Buttersynth
