This is on my radar eventually but I have one complaint about the dev’s apps,… I hate the patch loading system of having to go into the folder. It wasn’t always like that but an update changed it to that; I strongly prefer the previous method

These all sound great, but that incomprehensible top bar... Such a mess if you sequence elsewere, as I imagine most folks do. Still worth it for the sound alone.

True, something has changed. Preset surfing is a bit of a pain.

True, something has changed. Preset surfing is a bit of a pain.

It’s a weird update too. The first version worked well so why change the workflow to make it worse? Lol

Actually after messing around in the apps for a bit I think that’s changed. I remember having to dive into the folder at some point but I guess it’s been reverted.

Maybe this was updated because of instability while frequently loading presets or crackling, I didn’t use Ryo apps that long ago, so I only assume.

But the flexibility of the UI is breathtakingly good.

VAPoly still requires going into the folder…just tried it 😔

VAPoly still requires going into the folder…just tried it 😔

Oh you mean for user presets? If so then yes and it’s quite annoying.

For factory presets it just opens a list of presets the same as any other app. At least for me it is. No idea why they don’t include user presets in that list and it defaults to a folder in the files app.

Ah I see the issue. I assumed you meant VAPoly16. For some reason it doesn’t make you dive into a folder like VAPoly does. Strange. Maybe the dev can fix it.
